А смысл?Запечатывание не сбивает воскрешение с артефакта.Сбить ульту оно тоже не может потому что очищение на своём ходу она получает с ультимейта.А у автоатаки снижение шкалы хода - явно больше пользы чем запечатка которая ничего не сделает вообще))
