- INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO SOUR:
1 CUP WATER.
1 GREEN MANGO.
2-3 LEAVES BASIL
4 CLOVES GARLIC.
2 WIRI-WIRI PEPPERS.
SALT TO TASTE.
1/2 TSP. SUGAR (OPTIONAL)

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CASSAVA:
2-3 LBS CASSAVA (DEPENDS ON HOW THICK YOU WOULD LIKE THE CASSAVA AROUND THE EGG).
1/4 - 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER (OPTIONAL).
6 EGGS.
1/2 TO 1 TSP ESCHALLOT (CHOP OR CRUSHED).
1/2 TSP GARLIC (CRUSHED).
1 WIRI-WIRI PEPPER (CRUSHED).
SALT TO TASTE.

YELLOW COLOURING
WATER
DRY FLOUR
ADOBO SEASONING (OPTIONAL)
NOTE: I USE THE ADOBO SEASONING JUST TO GIVE THE OUTER LAYER OF THE EGGBALL A LITTLE MORE FLAVOUR.

Hey my dear hru? The egg white solidifies more quickly in hot salty water than it does in fresh water. So a little salt in the water can minimize the mess if ur eggs crack and shoots out a streamer/string of white.
