He didn't even mention the game in his best boss in every Mario game . Sure almost all the bosses are bad but there's one boss that was really good and that was lugways chain battle where lugway is on chains.
My emulator was all buggy I tried several times to record it but I think somethings up with my cpu, was able to get the footage for super Mario land just fine tho so weird

You're the one wrong here. The star is a power up, not an item. Yoshi is an item because it's not a power up and it helps beat the level easier. There isn't a classification for vehicles in the main Mario bros saga
Brett Rosenbaum there really were no items in Yoshi's Island, other than the star which only affected Baby Mario. The vehicle transformations Yoshi underwent aren't items really, since you only use them during certain points in the game.

Hey uh
The heart in Mario 64 heals you based off of how fast you run through it. It heals you *much* faster that way.
In 3Dworld, one of the coolest thing you can do is pick up a shell, run and jump inside it.
The best item is the flagpole because it lets you beat the level
