  • Hi everyone, I’m back!!! I took some time to work on myself and ~transform~ hehe [vlogged my two week glow up challenge, daily workouts, what i typically ate in a week + healthy habits i picked up]. It finally hit me like a truck that no one else can ever go to the gym or eat healthy for me, so I decided to make this video as a way to keep myself accountable and get back on track.
    **also i do want to note that my metabolism is pretty fast so please don't compare** just wanted to share my journey!
    workout routine
    - warm up with (medium-intense) cardio for 10 min everyday
    -arm/shoulder/back day 2x a week
    -leg+butt day 2x a week
    -abs everyday lmfao for 10 min

    Thank you for stopping by! The reason I took on this challenge was that- in all honesty, I hit an all time low in terms of taking care of my physical health and that really affected my mental, my self confidence, and my daily routine.       thank you! every workout i did at least 10 min of running in the beginning, abs everyday, arm day 2x a week, some chloe ting workouts here and there and melissa wood health workouts!
