Buying a used Vega 64 was the best choice for me. Got it in 17K and I don't regret a bit. Overclocked the card to 1700MHz core 1100MHz memory and undervolt to 1.08V and the card consumes 230W power while giving way better performance than the GTX1080 performance

Easy , if you don't mind a significant hike in your monthly electricity bill and if you don't mind buying extra 120mm fans to keep your GPU from hitting high 80 temps and if you don't mind spending extra on a better higher wattage PSU than what you have on your pc right now and lastly if you don't mind spending extra on a 1000va ups then go for amd otherwise always choose Nvidia.
