I'm still so proud of you. if no one has told you this, I want you to know you still did something a lot didn't have the chance to. please take it easy, know your limits, please make sure you're getting real stuff and please get some fent test strips just for when you aren't certain. you deserve to keep your life, you deserve to be able to make sure your stuff is clean. you can get them online, or a lot of churches will have programs that provide them for free, or methadone clinics around you and I'm sure a lot of other places. you can always say you're getting them for a family member you're concerned for if you're embarrassed, but pleaseeee Hun. you deserve to be safe. I wish you the best
It's normal and a part of recovery to slip back into old ways. You're gonna get there again. 330 days is a LONG time, so you know damn well that you're gonna get off it again and be sober again. Keep pushing, never let setbacks define you ! ❤
That's a great effort and you can always get back on the wagon. The most important thing is to always try again no matter how many times you fall, just get up and try again, and again and again, and eventually it will stick. The worst thing you can do is let it defeat you and just give up trying to resist. Also suboxone might be helpful, its helped keep me clean off opioids for 5 years now.
this is the new generation of rappers, back in the 80, rock n roll and heavy metal artist were more known for their drug use like coke and herion etc, rappers mostly expressed blunts and forty ounces until like the mid late 90s ecstacy and pills were more expressed
All these kids dropping is due to their body giving out finally. Most times they’re doing multiple substances; usually UP and DOWN. Then you got alcohol too. It’s very nasty existence, even if you’re functioning with work etc.
Quite literally juices body gave out like no joke. And all these kids now think its so fun to do drugs and alla that shit. Just listen to some of the rappers who were heavy drug users. Some ain even here no more.
you can really tell a true addict from someone putting on the front of a drug user by how the music industry and the fame from it impacts them. the music industry + an addict = a dead star, it's money they have no right handling, a fanbase cheering on their mental and physical decline from use, and then a pity party from those same people after the behavior they cheered on inevitably lead to death.
right?? how the fuck can a crowd of ppl just stand around and watch that, even cheer for it like it’s something to celebrate. if i was at a concert and i saw that happening on stage id be shocked and concerned for the artist. i would want them to stop the show and get them some help. it’s sad how everyone around these addicts just enable them to get worse.
No one WANTS to be addicted to something... people just ARE.. it's kinda like it's a mental illness or something 🤷♀️ ... some people don't get it and others do get it. I hope you never have to face this devil because it's absolute hell and very misunderstood
@@KayleeArmyfor some it's even a physical illness that drives them to become addicted. I am fully dependent on my prescribed medication, and without it I become sick and unable to function at all very very fast. even with mine being prescribed, it is absolutely hell being stuck dependent on a pill. being stuck having to wait for your medications to kick in before you can actually get up and start your day. the pain resurgence when you forget and don't take them at the exact time you're supposed to. it's awful.
You should definitely check out Motley Crue's Nikki Sixx. There are a few books, one about the whole band called The Dirt and also Heroin Diaries by Nikki Sixx. Absolutely insane what that man went through but seeing him now, he is incredibly healthy, doing so amazing and has been sober for possibly 20 or more years off everything. He also died twice from an overdose, Heroin Diaries is an extremely hard book to read but it's so incredibly inspiring to see how far Nikki has come in life ❤❤❤ I highly recommend reading both Motley Crue's The Dirt and Heroin Diaries by Nikki Sixx!
Oh and also Steve-O from Jackass! He has been sober for years and is doing amazing! It's not just the drugs but the amount of pain he put his body through, it's incredible he is still alive. He has messed up his vocal cords but yeah he is another one who is truly an inspiration!
Firstly, why are rappers getting full sets of gold or platinum teeth? Trippy almost cant talk properly, and secondly rappers mostly think God can replace a physical addiction or even cravings otherwise rehab would just be a church. Great upload again Rishav.
I used to sing, and Percs was a must for me. I can't even believe how many Percs these guys do when they make it . I used to take 10 to 20 Percs. The detox was UNBEARABLE!. I'm still an addict but not like in those day's.

@@metaliris6404Truth. I’ll be sober from alcohol for four years on January 1st. Sadly, I can’t say the same about my prescription medication. I was put on the stuff because my spine is crooked, I have two slipped discs, my pelvis and back are full of arthritis, and it’s getting harder for me to walk. The pain never goes away, the pills only mask it for a little while, and my tolerance is very high at this point. I don’t know if I’d rather get off of them and feel excruciating pain 24/7, or keep taking them.

There was a large quantity of codeine in his system, which not only can cause respiratory depression, but if abused heavily enough, it can also cause seizures. If he was truly in benzo withdrawal, then the codeine would've most likely treated his withdrawals of benzos enough to stop him from seizing from withdrawal, as many benzos are on- par with codeine' potency. I guess what I'm trying to say is, this couldn't really have been a true withdrawal seizure, since he had a powerful enough medicine to have treated such things, in his blood But he STILL seized.......... he really had to be abusing the shits to NO END

It's far from cool. I have 2 prison numbers and a bunch of wasted years. These guys are just lucky they're rich, so they have a lot more means to get what they want, but in the end, the results are almost always the same. Doing lean or xans will destroy your life and ruin tons of relationships. I started when I was 13 and I'm 39 now. I've been sober for almost 3 years now.
Just so everyone knows Wayne had seizures trying to quit lean. You don’t get seizures from being high but from suddenly coming down from using high amounts for long periods. Similar to alcohol and Xanax serizure are from not having the drug
If you’re gonna drink lean, at least go get a body armor drink no sugar version the sport drink with all the vitamins and sip that that way you’ll keep yourself healthy still have a lot of vitamins since you are a rich rapper by expensive Jamaican food from good restaurants they don’t make you fatbut they are fattening at the same time, but it’s so natural and healthy that it’s a good weight it’ll make you look fuller more muscular than fat when I was doing bad perks. I would drink those drinks and eat food like that to keep myself a little more healthier.

bro "falling asleep" and nodding out are two completely different things
Whats crazy is that people say future didn't even really do drugs like that
Addiction is for real its no joke i am thankful i got clean going on 4 months clean prayers 🙏🙏 for the ones still struggling its not easy i give thanks to GOD
ryan garcia this ye im on the nitrous
30 years clean from Adderall 😊
I was clean of codeine almost 330 days but relapsed. Now i am trying to take it more easy and not pressure a withdrawal. I pray for yall to stay safe! Don’t do drugs, prayer has the same effect! God loves you! Amen!
1:08:45 bro just started censoring every word he said to the point where he audibly disappeared completely😂
"It wasn't an overdose; it was determined that instead he just had too many drugs in his system"...
4 years sober from benzos and adderall. Life is good. RIP to DMX, Mac Miller, Pimp C and everyone else gone too soon.
36:14 Peep vomits in a plastic trash can
*screaming intensifies*
Words dont even begin to describe how sad that is to watch.
you can really tell a true addict from someone putting on the front of a drug user by how the music industry and the fame from it impacts them. the music industry + an addict = a dead star, it's money they have no right handling, a fanbase cheering on their mental and physical decline from use, and then a pity party from those same people after the behavior they cheered on inevitably lead to death.
right?? how the fuck can a crowd of ppl just stand around and watch that, even cheer for it like it’s something to celebrate. if i was at a concert and i saw that happening on stage id be shocked and concerned for the artist. i would want them to stop the show and get them some help. it’s sad how everyone around these addicts just enable them to get worse.
The fact this is a hour long vid shows that we as fans, artist, or even the generation of both need to do better
I always stayed far away from drugs. I never wanted to be addicted to something that could potentially take my life away.
Keep it that way trust
No one WANTS to be addicted to something... people just ARE.. it's kinda like it's a mental illness or something 🤷♀️ ... some people don't get it and others do get it. I hope you never have to face this devil because it's absolute hell and very misunderstood
@@KayleeArmyOng as a kid I never understood. I just though people couldn’t stop cause it was fun but it’s more cause of self medication
@@KayleeArmyfor some it's even a physical illness that drives them to become addicted. I am fully dependent on my prescribed medication, and without it I become sick and unable to function at all very very fast. even with mine being prescribed, it is absolutely hell being stuck dependent on a pill. being stuck having to wait for your medications to kick in before you can actually get up and start your day. the pain resurgence when you forget and don't take them at the exact time you're supposed to. it's awful.
What do you take if you dont mind me asking?@@FluffyMarsu
yeah it’s pretty surprising lil wayne is still living despite the drugs
He also shot himself when he was a kid. He’s been crossing out the Grim Reaper like he’s Allen Iverson.
My whole family has a history of substance abuse. I do too. Seeing the Kanye nitrous shi made me quit because it was limiting my creativity
10 days sober
now
Keep pushing brother every minute you have from now on is another minute to be with your family. Or loved ones
@ thanks
Firstly, why are rappers getting full sets of gold or platinum teeth? Trippy almost cant talk properly, and secondly rappers mostly think God can replace a physical addiction or even cravings otherwise rehab would just be a church. Great upload again Rishav.

Thank you for the bonus at the end. Very insightful.
I used to sing, and Percs was a must for me. I can't even believe how many Percs these guys do when they make it . I used to take 10 to 20 Percs. The detox was UNBEARABLE!. I'm still an addict but not like in those day's.
stop doing percs just smoke weed
@semulations for many weed doesn't get them feeling the way they want to, 2 weeks sober (not by choice im on probation)
i love these high quality videos. keep making these
Thanks, will do, glad you like them
11:53 “it wasn’t an overdose, but rather his system was filled with too many substances” dawg that’s an overdose 😭😭😭
I’m 7 years sober
Damn not peeps fans cheering while he’s throwing up

I wonder if DMX ever tried DXM.... 🤔

1 week clean from datura I’m trying my best I know it’s a deliriant but it’s like it’s weirdly addictive
That’s crazy drug to be addicted to. I tried pure schopolamine ones and it was enuff for me.
@ yea I was heavily addicted I would eat it drink it and even smoke it I’m only quitting evasive of my tolerance now I’m just smoking I do have some hallucinations still sometimes which kinda sucks
video went by quick for me, great stuff man
1 hour 27 minutes, WE EATIN GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD
0:57 there you go perfect shot. good amount of depth in the background too. great job
11 months no hard drugs,
Im honestly really suprised that everyone doesnt do drugs in the music industry, especially hiphop/rap. Just having the funds to support such habits readily always available makes things all the more tempting. Not to mention being in a constant spot light adds alot of stress wnd anxiety.
Yooo honestly great work on this video!! Sm work was put into this , and it definitely shows 💜 I’m shocked u don’t have more likes on this , it’s deserved.
I don’t always share deep dives because people don’t always watch them but I gotta say this video had me thinking I got into this video by clicking it because I was interested in rappers but now I am rethinking substances even caffeine and how it’s affecting my heart, I think I’m just always gonna stick with the weed man thanks for the video
This is hard to watch.
Harder to watch if you are in recovery.
Hardest if you’re still fighting the battle.
To those the world lost to addiction, we hope you are resting peacefully 💜
You never stop fighting the battle.

@@metaliris6404Truth.
I've been sober for 3 months, but in my soul.... I am still in love with fent. I don't think I can break my love because I know what I like and what makes me happy. And the meaning of life is the pursuit of happiness-- to me anyways.
@@skeeti7885Don't give up. I've felt this exact way before. For me the solution was in alcoholics anonymous, although i am also an opiöĩd addict, it saved my life, and i'm so much happier than opíôĩds ever made me, and i felt the same way about that happiness. There is hope ❤
Lil Wayne probably had seizures due to a lack of benzodiazpines.
Correct
It is one of the only drugs that withdrawal symptoms can kill you !!!
Exactly

8 months clean off opiates
you know future really had an impact on use cause he remembers the first song he ever listened to it by him. every rapper where i specifically remember the first song i listened to by them, they had an effect on my life in someway, rather it be my mindset/ my outlook on something, or actual lifestyle changes

How you constantly upload with this quality and length is wild
appreciate you bro
I wasn't addicted to anything specific as a teen i just loved not being sober

It's far from cool. I have 2 prison numbers and a bunch of wasted years. These guys are just lucky they're rich, so they have a lot more means to get what they want, but in the end, the results are almost always the same. Doing lean or xans will destroy your life and ruin tons of relationships. I started when I was 13 and I'm 39 now. I've been sober for almost 3 years now.
I love you voice and videos keep going
I like how on multiple examples, Nardwuar is the interview shown.
Future doesn’t even get high. Just sad. Flav looked like a whole crack head out here.
Just so everyone knows Wayne had seizures trying to quit lean. You don’t get seizures from being high but from suddenly coming down from using high amounts for long periods. Similar to alcohol and Xanax serizure are from not having the drug
Greetings from Finland!🤗
Not putting eminem on here is crazy. His mom literally fed him drugs as a kid he had it the worst.

EXCELLENT video
