My wife and I enjoy our Kabuki Transformer bar. The SSB bar at least the Yoke bar from my understanding is designed to just what was mentioned in the video.
How do you decide which settings to put it on? Say you identified something weak in your barbell squat like not enough depth, would you select something like the goblet setting? Also where do you set the sleeves from 1 to 4?
Hi, I bought this bar from kabuki and liked it so far. It allows me to squat without triggering my shoulder injury. Also work on my stability with the level 4 which I need. However when I try to low bar squat, the bar cant stay on my back and slide down. I have to use my grip to pull and hold it and it feels like I take away the pressure for my legs. Am I using it incorrectly? I set it at low bar squat with difficult level 4. Some guidance would be appreciated!

Pitch your torso forward like you’re squatting low bar instead of using a safety squat bar. Took me several sessions to figure it out
