- The end of spring is here and summer is starting. The grass and crops are getting tall which always makes it harder on us this time of year. As a result our killing will slow some and the tall grass and crops will reflect poorly on our video's for the next couple of months. We hope you hang with us as we slowly head towards fall and then winter.

Wild hogs are tearing up farm and ranch land everywhere and we are tasked with helping the farmers and ranchers reclaim their land. The hogs make it virtually impossible for some of these people to grow crops such as corn, wheat and oats in certain areas. This is not your typical hunting. I've never seen anyone that could train feral hogs to do somersaults, but you have managed to do it!

Make a standing bipod for very little money. Buy two 6’ wooden dowels 5/8”’in diameter and 12” of vinyl tubing large enough to fit over the dowels.
Measure and mark the middle 3 inches of the tubing. Longitudinally cut away half of diameter of the tubing. This create a “flat spot” that serves as the rifle rest.
Starting from this cut in the vinyl, push each dowel 4.5” into the each side of the tubing. The result is an “X” at the end of the dowels. The 4.5” ends of tubing hold the dowels together and the flat part of the tubing in the middle serves as a rest for the handguard.
Cut the legs off a bit if it’s too long for you. Fine elevation adjustments in the field are done by just spreading the legs apart.
A little camo spray paint to cover the wood and you’re done.
Very stable. Supports a suppressed AR-10 with a full mag and a thermal.

Does the county provide a dumping area for these hogs. Or is it up to each person with the dead hog to deal with it ? Id think it would get rather stinky after about three days there. If theres a problem with feral hogs.......the county........or whatever should provide a place to dispose of them !
We have to find a place for them. Luckily we have a few spots. Thanks for the view and comment.

They are actually really quiet. Not as effective though.
Shooting is great but trapping the sounder is the only way to make a debt in the population.

Too many people trap the hogs.........then proceed to haul them " somewhere " No feral hog should ever be transported. Just shot dead on sight !
