Then he turned into the Marrokai later on. You can see this with his back plate being identical to adacai's shield, his staff being his spear. He also gets emotional when king zarek talks about atreyos, thinking he was talking about adicai. The reasons for Adicai's betryal is still unknown, soooooooo....... well wait till the Chaos and Elemental parts of the map are complete. Devs take your time.

Chaos Empire: Enslaved Miner, Bomber, Toxic Dead, Dead, Juggerknight, Reaper, Crawler, Marrowkai, Summoned Deads, Eclipsor, Riptor, and lastly, Giant. Some of them are not accessible or are just not in the game right now. But they WILL be in future updates.
I highly doubt the behemoth bomber will be added and also base riptor. Those seem like one off units you encounter in the story. Like how a bunch of units are exclusive the the daily missions in legacy.
