- Have you been wanting to replace the rotted-out weatherstrips on your FJ Cruiser? Well, this is the video for you!
I have a 2011 Trail Teams FJ Cruiser and want to keep to preserve it for as long as I can. So the little things like old weatherstrips falling off the window bother me and get replaced! lol

I replaced mine about a year ago, and they really hold onto dirt so I treated them with the Cerakote Ceramic Trim Restorer, hoping that protects them for a while... Probably a good idea to buy a spare set or 2 of these to keep around.

I am not sure if you are asking about the front windshield, but when I need to change mine, I'll find out and make a video on it.
@@GREATESTOFALLTEXAS first, thanks for responding. my issue is the black plastic trim that runs along the bottom of the front window. it's the same shape color & size as the bottom trim for the side windows (the ones that easily pop out) i was wondering if it's the same process for replacing as the side pieces. our winters are brutal and the rubber trim is now cracked in many places from using the icescraper. i'll keep looking for yours or other video. appreciate your time.

I can’t remember the brand but I got it off Amazon.

the back ones worked, front one didnt ....didnt really fit..heard no 'snap'
Ill have to double check that but they have been holding on well since I installed them. Maybe after I turned the camera off and double checked my work before I cleaned up they did and I didn't get them on camera.
