Hi, I am Russian, was born in Kazakhstan in 1985 and live here. I'm just a fan of two-wheeled vehicles, as they say: four wheel driven body, and two driven soul! You must be incredibly happy because in your country achieved much faster it, I have Chinese scooter 250 CC I got a loan for two years for 2700$ which is falling apart after a year, I am very much happy for those people who are what you seek and achieve success! You are great! To have such equipment, for me, is comparable with the heavens, I Have no words...
what you talking about?! people love second hand bikes coz they a lot cheaperand if it good condition and low milage its even better, my mate have sold lots of bikes over 10 years old with pretty low miles! and it wasnt so cheap, like 3 and 4 grand for good bike...in these days people cant afford bikes any more, look at the prices! cbr600rr 2013 is nearlly 10000 pounds...fuck that! not for a 6!
That sux been riding since I was 5 road Honda 50 by age 8 cr 125 age 12 cr 250 15 xl 650 and 350x trike the bikes were always. Bigger then I should have had but I did it standing them on trees to get them started lots of soft sand riding 17yrs old got bike licence Honda interceptor 750 21 cb1100. 28 yrs 900rr had it up to 186mph
look the paint job done by me is suitable for track fairings only, definitely it won't look awesome after a couple of months or so but who cares, if the bike that you ride is for city, girls etc. I suggest you to get your bike painted in a professional paint shop.
Ok, Your CBR600 will not out run a Ducati. I highly doubt anyone with even a small monster would get beat by a 600. Duc's are tuned really well and run great. The only reason you are baching them is because you cant afford them. Ducati is the Ferrari of motorcycles.
re-sells on craigslist "cbr600 rr - $6500 never dropped, low mileage, always kept on 2 wheels and in garage, just replaced the chain, new plastics. pretty much brand new. i know what i have bro so dont low ball me! savage title due to theft not cause i wreaked it"
Yeah, there is a hit to the pocket book. Oh well gives me a excuse to have custom plastics made. haha Some refab on the tail fairings too, my bike is a CBR 600 F3 98' Lots of plastic and paint to work with. They did a good job on them, shipping this week. I'll make a vid and post it.
i like that you put all the time, money ,blood, sweat, and tears into that bike.... anyone else would have just went out and baught a new one... im the kind of guy that appreciates things more when i put my heart into it..... good job
nice job. i did the same with my own 2009 cbr600rr motorcycle. only crap part was i got the brakeing B rear wheel and hub. it showed up slightly bent on the lip and they wont take it back. :( know any good after market wheels that are not crazy expensive ?
Now that is how you take care of your baby! Mine is getting a face lift, some new shoes with great tread, new mirrors to look at her beauty, and a cover.....Boss's wife ran over the top of it while it was parked....sad day in my life.
No offence!! But dude do you really think that you should be riding... Seems to me that you crash a lot (Too much speed or not enough skill or a combination) Slow it down and lean to ride that correct way... Maybe? Take care brother.
the engine cover had to be replaced so when I opened the cover I saw that the clutchbox has one pin missing :) Yep that was a car stand but I also have a oxford back stand for bikes. Don't look for solutions just fix ya bike :)
that was epic. are u a mechanic or did u just learn from manuals? i would love to do something like this (on an already busted bike) just to learn stuff and in the end have a track bike. Good job. Ride safe
But like Ferrari and Ducati alike, there are much better cars and bikes out there. A pro on a 600 could could keep up with someone on a Duc. It's about the rider not the bike bub. Same goes for your fancy cars.
can you please explain or do a video on how to? for the life of me i cannot get it off. i removed the 6 bolts, squeezed the tabs inwards and tried to lift it forward/up but still no budge. help cbr god
Can you please do a video or explain how? I couldnt get it off if my life depended on it. :( i undid the 6. Bent the tabs in a bit and tried to life it foward/up. No lluck. Please help cbr god :'(

Thanks, I have this bike only for track to do experiments so yes definitely I need to learn as I started to ride only 2 years ago:) I'm not a speed junkie though as my passion is corners :)
this is badass, but i have a little modification you could do that would make it look better. but nice work either way! if you're interested i'd send you a modified pic of your bike.
how did you know one of the pin was broken? and did you used a car stand? i live in a place that has no space to store tools and stands, still im looking of a solution to fix my own bike.
I wrote a comment one year ago or more and was amazed but how well you treat her, dreaming the day i bought mine. Now i have it since a year, i love the CBR 600!
i always wondering why most of the new bikes today use tank condom to cover real fuel tank beneath it, what is the advantage of that design, can you clarify?
sure, i'll fix my bike... and while i'm at it i'll get rid of those pesky headlight things, and those weird blinky turn things and any sort of license plate holder
DIY is my hobby, plus in Cyprus is better to do it your self than start loosing bolts and nuts, local mechanics don't even know what a torque wrench is :)
Great video, Its so rewarding to do the work on your bike yourself, the wallet likes it too :D. i'd nearly say i enjoy it as much as i enjoy riding it.
The fact that you did all this work outside and almost entirely by yourself is impressive.
And on the seventh day, he rode the shit out of that beauty from sunrise to sunset ;D
Love the vid bro, nice work!

Great Job Mate
Those Colors you Choose are Similar to Egypt Falg Colors :D
Red White and Black
btw
why you uninstall the clutch then instal it again

Güzelim CBR 600 ne hale geldi Göte giren Şemsiye açılmas dedikleri bu olsa gerek kazadan sonra
Great video, Its so rewarding to do the work on your bike yourself, the wallet likes it too :D. i'd nearly say i enjoy it as much as i enjoy riding it.
Question for you. For the Front wheel cowl do you have to remove the brake calipers to change the cover? or can you leave it on and remove it?
well thats obvious:) tank cover costs 100$ tank itself costs at least 500$ great economical advantage when restoring your bike from a crash:)
lowsided on the track just a bit, no injuries! I always wear gear (I'd be dead by now) :)
Nothing on a bike just needs throttle change.
obviously that's a miniature motorcycle that rides along with you and if you are about to crash it saves your bike and destroys itself instead.
So, Track bike? I didn't see any head lights, or head light holes in the fairings. And that seat when you put it on makes me think this
Did you have spool sliders that kept your rims and swing-arm from getting all fucked up? i didn't and made things such a hassle to repair
Nice video / build! Looks like it will be a great track bike, I would have added steel braided brake lines when she was all apart though!
twice, first on the video and second was just a laydown :)
Never got trained as bike mechanic though i'm just an IT administrator :)
well in fact i desire a bike and didn't have anything else for many years but still i'm learning how to fix her on my own :)
Nice Job, I don't know why people chose to make an accidented bike as a race bike!
normaly it was a nice bike why making it ugly like this.
So, is that the seat on the bike? I am not familiar with this kind of bike. Although i am planning to get the cbr250 soon!
Great job bro...looks fabulous.....I don't care where ur riding it @ helllava job doing it all urself..way 2 use ur brain
this video was amazing...inspirational... i know the heartache of wrecking a cbr. but they are the best on earth.
did you have to remove the clutch first to determine it was broke? Or could you just feel it with the lever?
sick!! this is insane!!! im getting one soon i wanted all white like when you were just trying the parts...
Concessonary, buy a motorcycle, ride on street, crash, repair, ride on a circuit. :((
hey dude,
Are those after market or OEM fairings? If they're aftermarket, how was the quality and fit?
yeah that sounds like a better idea. just seeing videos like this gives me a bunch of ideas on my bike
Lol.. Sorry dude. How many times did u wreck ur bike? An did u go to uti for motorcycle tech training?
hey i need help! for a 2004 honda cbr600rr with 8k miles ? is that still good planning to buy one?
gracias por el video tio, te lo has currao eres todo un puto artista!
saludos desde barcelona
Well u got skills to be putting ur bike back together. Better then paying someone else to do it.
stop fighting boys:) italian stuff is italian stuff:) most important is design :) then the rest :)
depends, it is a good bike though but man its a 9 year old bike. Will be hard to sell afterwards
The clutch basket that holds the clutch disks had one mount pin broken, had to replace the basket
looked much nicer without fairings :)
nice vid though
greez from germany
keep up and stay safe!
I don't know if the fact that there isn't a single light on the front gave that away or what =P
why did yo rebuild the clutch was it because of minus-well or did the hit damage the basket
awesome!
ducati's are so sexy
(iknow ur bike isnt a ducati, but i saw one sitten next to urs)
Nice Video man, i'm a Sysadmin myself and been upgrading my cbr by watchin youtube videos :)
oh damn :D i ment kitt :D like the covering :) i really dont know the word in english :)
Good job bro...went down a couple of weeks ago and watching this video is like therapy
In my opinion, the only things missing are a few stickers.. But very well done job!
book was used for torque settings and minor stuff, the rest is just easy as lego toy :)
this shows love for the bike.....ahah this is the male equivalent to a chick flick FTW!
after watching this i realized i don't deserve my CBR
i should know her mechanic more
Had to do this to my r6 when I laid it down. It sucked but she's good as New now.
oh gotcha! i'm looking into painting my monster a bit and was just curious! thanks
I'm sure you deserve it :) it's just my hobby fixing and upgrading bikes properly :)
+1 for doing it all yourself and absolute win for using my favorite Jenkees track.
thats the race foam seat, quite comfortable actually. speaking about track only :)
took 3 months, awaiting parts, no time, etc etc but the job yes was done in 6 days
Fuck yeah! I got a 916 with ohlins rear, chipped and termigs :) Is that yours?
No never was a mechanic :) I'm an IT administrator :) :) :) it's just a hobby :)
Ducati the Ferrari of motorcycles? MV Agusta would be closer to that title.
Can u tell me where u get this kid? would be awesome :D (sry im german :D)
Thats awesome :) how much did the crash cost you then? in new parts etc?
are you a motorbike technician? you know exactly what you are doing mate.
He doesn't use those bikes... maybe because they are two-tire hahahaha..
Why didnt you just bring it to a shop and have it ridable in a week...
:) took me 5 days to build but the gap between these days were weeks:)
yeap a track bike:) Seat is actually a foam glued right to the plastic
Nice! Think I preferred it plain white though - looked angelic. :-)
Excelente trabajo! saludos
Man you did a masterful job with this, and the music is fuckin great
I have a set of engine sliders they are clearly visible on the video
Hey man thats a track bike! not for road use. got 848 for the road :)
ahhhahaha that was my dirty work robe i wear only to fix bikes :) :)
Well I'm not racing the streets and never did :)
Mountain rides only
Why are u able to resurrect a bike like this? Is this your job? :P
this video shows exactly what biking is all about :)
Gergeous bike! - Take real good care of her :') Love from Norway
That is amazing... What is the song playing? Its also amazing.
I had but after crash they were gone along with the frame mount.
Were these Chinese fairings? If so how was the fit and quality?
one pin was broken in the basket, you can see that on the video.
Man I don't even know how to take the plastics out of mine D:
the first 17 secs was hard for me to hear.... but nice vid!!!
