This video brings up an important point. How do you evaluate an agent before you commit to hire him/her? There are all kinds out there and you would never know.
As a realtor, I find this outrageous and unacceptable. Form 109 is a good way to force their compliance - great job!
Agents that operate in their own best interests should face disciplinary action. it's unacceptable.
Many do.... We had a bad experience too. Our agent did not want to put our offer in and said "we don't want to insult the seller". The condo sold less than $5k from our opening bid.
Why is this form not mandatory with each offer that is submitted? Seems like a hassle to have to request the buyer agent to send one each time to know if their offer was even read on the other end
