it might be easy to buy, is it hard to sell it to the open market? are there demands for it? it seems that is the prices are inaccessible. demand and supply
Thank you so much this video is so helpful for those people love to get property in Korea because for me Korea is so amazing place to relax and food I love it I been there but just in jeju island probably I will come back
Hi, so I'm really interested to know how do americans/foreigners buy property in korea. How do they finance there? Do they borrow money from korean banks? I want to see if it's even possible. I have been thinking about this a lot.
I saw some old 2-3 stories buildings and hanok around Jungno-3ga, is there a website to search for those kind of property? I am not interested in high rise new apartment buildings.
does anyone know this: If a long term foreign resident in Korea sells their overseas property(e.g. Australian property) is there a capital gains tax that is payable to the Korean authorities?
Very informative video. I am interested in buying a small apartment by using gap investment. ( 갭투자). I am a korean canadian currently resides in canada. Any advice could u offer me? Usually I visit my family in korea once a year and I am planning to rent out my property. Thank you.
@OhMyRoom TV - thank you for your kind sharing. I kindly wonder how I can can a mortgage as a non resident foreigner? Thank you. Would you have an e-mail/instant messaging I can contact? Thanks!

Dear Dias, good informative video, big thanks for that. I need a small help. I am living in Korea last 8 years. i want buy a small piece of land in outskirts of Ulsan to enjoy hobby gardening and making a holiday cabin short of. please let me know the best way to get cheap property.
Dear Rares, you will not be able to get citizenship if you marry Korean citizen but you would be able to get a marriage migrant visa ( F6 ) and purchase any property you want.
@@ohmyroomtv7337 If I'm not mistaken after three years of residing in korea being married to a korean person you will be able to get a korean citizenship, but that would involve revoking your previous citizenships
Not that easy. There is a point system which allows you to get F5 after getting any F visa, but you would have to live in Korea for a certain amount of time
Dang, 4% property tax is a lot, average villa is about 1mil usd. That's about 40k/yr for property tax. Wouldn't recommend for retiree, maybe if you are employed with high salary or looking to start a business. Definitely not for the average salaryman.
No, what he mean is you can pay a high amount as deposit to the owner and the owner then gets the interest of that amount as payment. When the contract is over you get that deposit back. Depending on how high the deposit is you can either have no monthly rent or a small monthly rent i addition to the deposit amount. To get away with no monthly rent the deposit amount is usually very high.
This was so helpful i saw this vidio six months ago and last month im the owner of a property in korea thanks alot

Honestly, Korea needs to pass a law to ban foreigners from owning property. It just drives up prices and makes Koreans suffer.
I don´t understand Jonse.. You get money back? what is the point of that? The one renting only loses money..
I've heard in korea if you invest more than 1 Million dollars you can easily get the residence. is it true ??
Issue is for Americans like me u can stay onky up to 3 months then u gotta leave
But if I get married with a Korean girl as a foreigner (because I'm from Romania) can I get the citizenship and to buy the house ?
