You did an absolutely beautiful job! I love your detailed explanation of everything and really appreciate the short length of your video!! PLEASE, please make more videos! Your newest subscriber! ;)
O.my.gosh! Finally!! I have my favorite people I follow, but you are now on the top if my list as of 9/22/2024! I really need a question answered, but first: I appreciate the care and details you put into the piece! I do not understand why people don't make clean lines on the inside of the dresser and sand the slide and glides and any part where the drawers glide on wood, then wax it to make the drawers open and close like butter. I appreciate you showing your mistakes and successes. My question: the time you put into sanding and waxing the wood and waxing the inside of the drawers makes the inside dresser really POP! Q1: I waxed the inside drawers and it looked beautiful, but it had a very slippery, tacky feel. I wouldn't want to put my clothes in drawers with that slippery tacky feel and concern the wax transfers to my clothes. Is there anything you can advise me about this concern? Q2: Why don't you paint the back of the back of dresser? I am so impressed with your professionalism, and I am incredibly motivated start on the next piece! Thank you!
Oh wow , beautiful! I look forward to more videos! I am thinking about getting a sprayer but not sure which one. Is the Wagner the best choice in your opinion?
This turned out beautiful. What was the color paint used? I have a very similar dresser I am wanting to paint. You used a primer before using the Melange One Paint. The paint states it has a built in primer, so why would you use another primer before painting it?
I’m really enjoying these longer videos on UA-cam and your commentary too x please keep uploading 😊

Awesome
But why not paint the back?
Love the look but I agree, I couldn't cope with the back not being painted.
Beautiful! Good tips, how much did she sell for?
Great job! Is Melange strong enough to not have a topcoat on the paint? Thanks!
How do you open the drawers after painting?
Can you put anything over the paint to protect it from scratches?
You watered down your paint, and then poured it back into the container?

Mahogany bleeds through very heavily so it’s a precaution! This is restoration bronze by melange paints - my discount code is ABBY10 :)
