Dal baati churma राजस्थानी दाल बाटी चूरमा की बनाने का सबसे आसान तरीका मैंने इस वीडियो में बताया है, मैंने चार तरीके से बाटी बनाना बताया है जिस से आपको ये रेसिपी बेहद आसान लगेगी :)
Preparation time - 60 minutes
Serving - 3 to 4
Ingredients:
Dal :
Moong dal - 25 gm
Masoor dal - 25 gm
Urad Dal - 25 gm
Chana Dal - 25 gm
Toor/arhar dal - 25 gm
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Asafetida (hing)- 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves -12
Onion - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1/2 cup
Ginger - 1 tsp
garlic 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil- 1/4 tsp
Ghee -2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Baati :
Wheat flour - 1.5 cups
Sooji/rava - 1/2 cup
Baking soda -1/4 tsp (otptional)
Salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
Ghee -1/4 cup tbsp
Churma :
Baked baaties - 3
Edible gums - 2 tbsp (optional)
Crushed nuts(cashews/almonds)- 2 tbsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Powdered sugar -2 tbsp

I made it today!! And it wasn't that bad... Actually my boyfriend is from Rajasthan and it's his favourite dish.. so tbh I'm kinda learning it for him.. and today I made it and showed him this and he's so so happy!! He loved it so much.. Though I'm not satisfied with it but as it's my first try everyone praised! I'm so glad! I'm gonna try it again and I hope this time it'll taste more good! Thank you❤️
