I can't remember the last time I found this many sealed video games out thrifting! To find 1 is pretty rare but 3 was wild! We have a super healthy budget to head to Southeast Game Exchange to Nintendo 64 hunt to the build the collection this coming week! That goodwill is 10 minutes up the road from me. I knew the thumbnail looked familiar. I rarely find good games in that case at that goodwill so you definitely went on the right day. Great find!
Always a great episode when it come to the $10 game fund. Always a good time seeing you at work, getting those finds ti build the funds. Clifford is a classic movie. I even forgot about it. Great finds with that brand new Mario. 🔥🔥🔥. I appreciate the adventure.
Bro I LOVE Clifford!! My brother who’s older than me always used to play it when I was little so I grew up watching it like two decades after it came out.

A $2 game sold for $13 = $11 minus Ebay fees about $4 = $7 NOT $12. That's a $5 difference. A little misleading to people who don't know
And I thought ebay was expensive here, wow.
I just recently had to sell my conker games to cover bills, had bad fur day, live and reloaded as well as pocket tails, all originals and had only paid $55 for bad fur day several years ago, it kinda hurt letting them go but i needed the money more than some games i haven't played in years

Hey Rick, if I remember correctly if you use isopropyl alcohol on the blockbuster label it'll remove the color and leave a clear piece of plastic instead
Now rick, I feel like you should be talking about paying taxes at the end of the year and factors into the price. It's not as easy as it was last year or years prior. Any sales over 500 total you will be paying taxes at the end of the year when you file. I think its a real world scenario that should be factored in
I am so jealous of that Mario mug. I had one growing up and it was my favorite mug, along with my TMNT bowls. I still wish I had both of those things.

I’ll never forget back in like 2007-2010 I would go to the Berlin mart just for fun no objectives in mind and I found a conkers bad fur day I wanted it just because of the memories I had with friends growing up and I bought it for 5 bucks no clue if it worked or not. I held onto it and a few years later it hit 100 and now it’s 140 from what you say. That’s what got me excited to start collecting again

I think i have a copy of Conkers Bad Fur Day. I rented it in Arkadelphia around 2001. The video rental store burned down the next day.

Sad fact on conkers series there was one on the gameboy or gameboy color called conker the squrriel i believe it was, and he made an appearance on diddy kong racing, and then he had the conkers bad fur day, and then he had conker live and reloaded for the original xbox, and then project spark had him and then they shut down the project spark servers so all the addons were shut down, and he was rebooted on the rare replay, and then they were working on making the "3rd" (it was actually the 4th but they claimed it was the 3rd) installment of conker and it got shut down/ cancelled due to differences on the team and it made me really sad to see that because that rare replay was the only reason i bought an xbox one and gears of war but it was saddening to see that the team couldnt just get over themselves and make a game for their fans.
with scratched games you could invest in a disc polisher ! they get 95% of the scratches out
I found Zelda Windwaker GC for $3 at one of the local thrift stores in my area. Disc and case were in good shape! 👍
Would love to see you take a magic eraser to the games with marker on them. a cheap product that works wonders.

A hidden gem for GameCube is Phantasy Star Online 1&2 PLUS...has to be the plus though....sold mine for $280ish
I found a Mario Kart 8 for Wii U with New Super Mario Bros U and Tank Tank Tank in the same box. $4.99 total.

Why don't you go to the Bins just outside Little Rock. I've found Hella good stuff!!!

@@retrorick the key is to set yourself a time limit, say a half hour, otherwise you are tempted to stay all day waiting for new bins. Have blinders on to focus on one bin then move on and dont get flustered about other bins

Wish I could find these type of thrift stores in my area, can never find old games, toys, or vhs/dvd, our thrift store just have mainly clothes and furniture smh.
Godzilla on ps4 is $150-$225 it's always worth scanning the ps4 section for that game.

Greatest find I've ever had and probably ever will was finding over 10k of cib nes games at a thrift store! What makes it even crazier is the lady thought they were vhs tapes and all VHS tapes in the store are only 25 cents so she rang every game at 25cents!!!! I had 1st release of punch out, sqoosh, the 2 TMNT games and so much more!

I bought a Deus Ex game for 1 dollar brand new in its wrap at the flea market and I sold it on eBay for almost 30 bucks… I do this from time to time… quick buck here and there…

I bought a wii lot with some games. When I got to the meet up, the woman was like "I never played some of the games so they are still sealed, I hope that's ok". Kirbys return to dreamland, Mario party 9, super Mario galaxy 1 and 2 all sealed.
I didnt know how much conkers bad fur day was worth until I found it in a bundle of games my buddy gave me. Needless to say I had to get him lunch after that discovery haha.
Hey just wanted to know what time you prefer to go to goodwill or salivation armies, is it better to go when they first open or later at night when they're not busy and close to closing for the night. Thanks love the vids.

Not gonna lie. That goodwill you found the sealed mario game in is one of my goodwills I use to hit up weekly. But I don’t go there much anymore because I never find anything. And you found the shirts too? They did have a 1up machine once for $100. 😂
100 for 1up machine could have flipped for 200+ to fbm depending what game it was. They do not last long either.
