    Nice setup. Dropper, and plug. I get so sick of seeing people use those damn fish flashers. I used to use them, but when the waters clear, you DEFINITELY don't need them. I just brought 32 salmon home last weekend from bouy ten using straight droppers to bait and spinners. No need for the extra gear that seals target in on. I watched a guy lose his arm to a seal two weeks ago as he was bleeding a fish out. It was not cool at all I felt so bad you have no idea. It should show up on here.

    I cannot find anything about this online, but in oregon you have to drop your line out with a boat, is it the same for washington? I'm on the river right now and not sure if I'm allowed to cast it out. I guess if I get caught or whatever, I legitimately didn't know
