East Texas Deer Hunting (Sort Of) | Weekend in a Blur | “Hunter or Gatherer?”

Laying eyes on a whitetail buck in the piney woods is a tough task. Located just outside Crockett, Texas, the deer population is considerably less dense compared to other parts of the state. Deer are elusive and few and far between making the pursuit all-that-more-challenging. All that to be said, we gave it our best go. This is our late season hunt in East Texas summed up.
