Doubt it, the bald head is aero and good for heat dissipation. All of my (male) crit bros and I are going bald. My female teammate aren't so fortunate. Just look at Victor Campenaerts and how fast he is and how little hair he has. (JK - do what's best for you!)

Just had mine done in Mexico. The injections were maybe a 3.5/10 on the pain scale, not even worth mentioning. I met a good mate who had the same procedure and we agreed that by far, the worst part was laying face down for the few hours it took to extract. Once I was face up I spent another 3-4 hrs to implant and I actually slept a fair bit during this process. I had 4750 grafts and it took about 8hrs, for under 4k usd. TJ clinic for the win! Super professional. Picked me up in SD, I spent the night in Tj after the procedure (in the same hospital) where they fed me lunch, dinner then breakfast before I left. I was transported back to SD with meds and that was all she wrote. I can’t imagine there’s a better clinic out there. Btw; PRP, stem cells and pain meds were administered as part of the procedure as well as a vitamin drip while the process was happening. Beyond happy wth the entire process.

Dang Claudio! Your willingness to post your journey is simply amazing. I'm not sure I would have the guts to be as open and transparent about your hair transplant journey. I'm so happy for you and hope that it turns out fantastically for you. I'm a fan for life!

Man finally someone said it! Had my hair transplant last week and even though I knew it was expensive (USA) and I would be bald, and even long recovery, what no one tells you is how much painful and discomfort you go through during the procedure. Its literally torture. Then the days after are still horrible, you can't scratch but you have major itching, you can't shower normally, you have major swelling, you feel miserable thinking if this was all even worth it.. I don't care if I end up having johnny depp or brad pitt hair after 1 yr, I swear it will never go through this shit again

I had mine done 3 weeks ago I went through exactly the same as you but with the added stem cell treatment. 3 big holes in the back of the head plus when they pump the plasma into your skull it burns like crazy. Now i have still stinging donor area and some itchyness. Healing well and inflammation down to about 15%. 60% of the transplant has already gone but the stem cell will help regrow quicker and thicker hairs. Glad you enjoyed it 🤣 I had 4400 grafts $2900 including stem cell and prp plasma treatment. Regards David

i think it's great that this is becoming more mainstream. it was definitely seen as a bit weird and vain before in the UK, but in the last few years i've seen a good few acquaintances getting it done. and the results also look great compared to the first ones i'd ever seen (razer straight fake looking hairline etc). tbh i quite like a bald head, especially with a big beard combo, but each to their own and it's nice to have the choice now!

So immense of you to share the honest journey. I think i’ll stick with my hair pills! Holy shit haha. But your hairline looks sick, way to own the first phase like this!

I'm also from NY and I was at the same clinic a few weeks ago. I went through the exact same things... I told them to stop during the procedure also. I was afraid they'd make my hairline too low and had visions of Eddie Munster.... The hairline was good and i let them continue. I had 4900 grafts. Good luck to you and your recovery.

hello friend. I was on my second transplant in the same client in the same room at Hotel Nova Plaza Pera overlooking the street. I had my first transplant in March 2024 - 3800 grafts - now I had my second one to increase density 3 weeks ago in December 2024. I am very happy with both visits. P.S. The photo in the profile is before the transplant.

Congratulations. But to keep that hair healthy and growing naturally, You need a multipeptide collagen and keratin treatment with growth factors for longer lasting results. Skinlyte has a soap that is loaded not only with collagen but also keratin peptides. It is called Hair & Whole Body Bar. According to what I read on Amazon, it is fast absorbed because it has an enhanced peptide binding enhancement technology which produces water molecules in a condensation reaction that hydrates skin and hair naturally. It repairs, grows hair, naturally moisturizes, rebuilds and strengthens hair and skin. I got it at Amazon and I am impressed with new benefits I discover every time I use it. I noticed many improvements in my hair, skin and nails. What I like best about it is that it's all natural and without harmful chemicals such as synthetic dyes, fragrance, SLS or preservatives.

Big earner and cost of living in America makes all the cost higher including the transplantations (5-6 times less in Thailand and Turkey with the same quality or better results)
