Is it better for paired choice questions, to expose the opposite idea then states mine or just go forward to as I prefer that to save time? I may be unable to to make it long and make examples as well, what you see to save my score as high? Thanks

Do we say really "Second of all"?? I've asked many teachers and they told me that you will lose marks if you use it because we don't say this in English

You can say it. This is a formal English test, not a casual conversation. The ETS knows that and allows you to use phrases that help you structure your answer.
