- This is the farm tour of a New holland lovers dream! We have been a New Holland farm for around 30 years and we've recently got questions about what we all have for equipment so we thought we'd give you a whole tour! Let us know if you have any specific questions about our tractors and equipment and we will make some more videos this winter answering them.

The color doesn't matter, the Dealership support does. Around here, Green is king, but it's because you can drive almost any direction and pass a JD Dealer in under 30 miles. 1 Blue, and no Red that close. NH does make the best balers, and are worth the extra miles.

this is a considerable fleet of vehicles given the quantity of combine harvesters, tractors etc.
but personally they are not the most important thing but it is the amount of land that matters and from there the reason to work on machines in the fields to get an income.
for breeding it's the same, for both always being careful not to bite off more than you can chew, always do only what you know how to do without killing yourself with work, health is important

Awesome video Emily, we need more of you and the livestock like this video. ❤ I like ford tractors but not the New Holland ones. I pulled wrenches for new holland from 85 to 97. Is there a big torque or power difference in the choppers from the Cat engine to the Fiat engine they use now?

Avery did a nice review of the equipment. As I have only been following your channel for a few months, would it be possible to do a who's who. In other words, who are the family members, oldest to youngest, etc. I assume that Mason and Avery are brothers? Greg? Any other family members involved? How did you meet Avery and so on?

Dam that was impressive. We had only four tractors no cabs . The oldest one was made in 1956 and cost 2800 dollars new. Fly like a G6. Great song to dance to in the club. How are the bulls chosen? How important is that?

Incredible. I farmed for half my life, but I can't imagine that much rolling stock, and so specialized! What is a "Meyer" (sp) box & a "merger"?!
Merger puts the hay into windrows for us and a meyer box is a brand of collector for silage!
Geez, how many tractors does one farm need? Gotta be some sort of tax write off. Luv seeing the calves.
Def not a tax write off unfortunately 😂 all of these are used on our farm for the work we do!

That is a good question. I am curious also.
They contract farm a lot of acreage.
They’re all used! In any given day during the summer especially we can have quite a few of them going all at once

I know farmers can be so humble. But the price of a couple idt would be flexing. And could be educational. Just like farmers don't flex about acreage. ??? That's educational to me as well. It's a learning tool. I mean that cuts to the heart of farming. Emily...

Yes a collector - it’s essentially a big box that gets pulled behind and collects the forages

Its all FPT... CaseIH is the leading brand... We had a couple of TR's in the 70's... are they still using CAT power??? CAT fan, IH fan, New Holland fan, AGCO/Fendt fan.... bla bla bla....not a green fan, over priced BS.... my opinion, farmed for 36 years, take it or leave it...The JD 13.5 and the fan drive have had HUGE issues for years,,, are they still using that redonk fan drive on the 13.6??? BTW, you are awesome at animal husbandry... We raised hogs, way easer than cattle...
We still have a New Holland TR70 my uncle bought. We used it a few years ago when the TR96 broke down. It probably wouldn't take too much to get it operational. It has the reel head on it. The corn head has been sitting outside overgrown with weeds. We had t stored under a shelter but the farm it was at got sold
