As far as I know, it was never covered by a wrestling website as UA-cam was a much smaller site back then. I only know it happened because I was part of it. The guy who edited the original version got a ton of views back in 2007. Then he got a cease and desist letter from the Warrior's lawyer and mentioned in the comments section that he was going to have to take it down soon because UA-cam threatened to close his account if he didn't. I loved the video and offered to upload a mirror of it to my old channel, so he emailed it to me and several other people. After uploading it, I too got a PM from the Warrior's lawyer saying he was going to sue both me and UA-cam if I didn't take it down. I didn't think they had a case against us but I realized UA-cam would just delete my account rather than take it to court, so I had to pull it. Warrior was a prick. I was still kind of a fan of his even after that but he was a real humorless dick about the whole situation.

I'm not trying to say he was a bad guy, in fact he seems like he was a pretty GOOD guy to me. His wife and kids obviously adored him, but to everyone else he had zero people skills and was generally a major dickhead.
+GaeasBlessing Why would anyone be scared by such a threat? Parody has always been protected speech, there's absolutely nothing they could have done about it. If true, I'm surprised UA-cam was worried at all about it.
