Grazie mille Gino per tenere alta la bandiera italiana in Inghilterra 🇮🇹. Un paese in cui è appurato che nessuno ha la minima idea di cosa sia la buona cucina (non che sia l' unico, ci mancherebbe) My comment is deliberately written in Italian by the way, greetings to English friends from Italy
@@nomeimporta1327 hahaha, you're kidding, right? English cuisine is one of the worst in the world, not even remotely comparable to Japanese or French cuisine in terms of execution and products, not to mention Italian cuisine. What England has are (very few) great chefs, but coincidentally to become one they too emigrate and learn real cooking elsewhere far from England. And there's a valid reason behind all of this, believe me 🤣👍
@@nomeimporta1327 yes ok, thanks for the gratuitous and unjustified racism: I'm 33 years old and I've been living in Italy as an Italian (indeed, in the Marche, the region also counts for our culinary influences) for 30. My profile name is the real one, I was adopted . However, I have always lived in Italy, I have only been to Italian schools, and eaten the cuisine of my grandmother Assunta, from the Marche and Campofilone (it is a small town in the Marche famous for its homemade pasta, especially fettuccine and chitarrine) Greetings from Civitanova, the Adriatic sea is splendid today and it is a beautiful day at the beach
I'd love to make this but i have no idea what the liquid that you put in piano-piano is. I didn't get the name of it, or if Gino said it, i don't know it so, if anyone can enlighten me, do so. Thank you!
Not only did he teach us exactly how to make fantastic risotto, but shared some good philosophies on life!
Holly is such a doll! Cheers from America!!

The English cuisine is one of the best of the world, next to french or japansese. The Italian one is just a little subpar.

@@andreitiberiovicgazdovici I will only speak with real Italians. This debate is over.

Brodo alla carne o vegetale, secondo i gusti.
Agli inglesi puoi cucinare risotto al pollo.... Mamma mia
