Use these steps --
1. Display adapter driver update issues(turn on in safe mode and resolve)
2. Issues with recent system updates or installations(delete updates or installation from program or disk cleanup option.
3. Laptop screen problem...connect your laptop with a monitor or tv with a VGA cable to check.
4. Check RAM & hard disk.
5. Try to access the boot menu if access it, it means your monitor works.
6. Boot your laptop with windows installation media like windows7, 8, or 10 (which in the laptop already exists)and choose the repair option to run system restore, image recovery, or startup repair.

Hi brother, I am using lenova. After entering 4 for safemode, the screen is not coming back to normal desktop. I could see blank screen with message Microsoft (R) Windows (R) build....etc and mouse is rotating. There is a mes of safemode on all 4 corners. Can you please suggest...

Sir your new subcriber.Sir its been 2 months, past from few weeks my new laptop has a problem.As I type either in windows search bar/ google chrome/ word/ excel system unecpectely turnoff display to black without a cursor.Thereafter power led blinks every 3 sec.When press hold any button for few sec screen opens and becomes normal.Happens lot.
Problem started after windows update from version 2004 tov20h2
Tried troubleshooting keyboard/power/All drivers are uptodate.Even I h've selected screen turnoff to never.Still problem not fixed.Kindly help me.If possible

Next remove the battery and wait for 15 seconds
Then insert battery and turn on button for 42 seconds
