I like all prints, will collect them all. I am still trying to score one monogram one. I recently received DE mini pochette, its a used piece, the date code is the last week of Nov. I feel the canvas is a little bit loose, and find a small pen spot inside, glazing on the tab is a little rough. It's a made in france piece. I am debating if I should return it. But still don't like a used piece. Will you return a used piece from LV?
The two prints are incredibly beautiful. Each in its own unique way. I chose the DE because I love the color of the trim on it and that it does not have vachetta and that red inside convinced me which one to buy. Also DE is the LV first print. Good review of both Mini pochettes

I ordered something from louis vuitton for the first time this week. Yesterday I received the mini pochette in damier. Tomorrow I will receive the card holder monogram fuchsia. and ordered the pochette metis monogram today.

I wouldn’t call it fire 🔥 proof lol I’ve seen some pieces that look like someone tried to put it to the test! Probably more like fire resistant, to a degree. Great video!!

You should try calling the 800 number. I was able to receive it in the DE print by calling after stalking the website for months with no luck

I bought the LV mini pochette in damier ebene 6 years ago and both the canvas and the golden chain are more solid in quality than the one I bought in monogram in 2020.

Hi lovely. I finally got the monogram on the mini pochette accessoires to be friend with my Damier Ebene lol I made a comparison video as well, nowhere near as thorough and nice as yours but I thought someone would enjoy it so I did it :) I'm still crossing my fingers for the Damier Azur but I can't seem to find that little baby anywhere! Only time will tell

@@hellocatwalkcity I have 2 slg’s in damier ebene. I want the neverfull gm in damier ebene. Then I started talking myself into the monogram bc it’s year round and very casual looking. But I live in Toronto and it’s 2 months summer and 10 months winter. I would put a monogram key pouch with a puff as a charm. I find monogram a bit too flashy for me. I’m still deciding. I was sold with the pop of red...so classy and chic!

I bought both. I was going to get the wallets the sarah and victorine but i saw some videos with the wallet be cracked uneven glazing issues. I dont want to spend that much money if the products doesnt last. Im glad i picked these 2 up.

These seem to be so hard to find nowadays. I would keep stalking the website and check regularly with your local boutique. They may have more inventory around the holidays. Good luck dear!

Zunaira Shoaib I have ordered it once but it was not perfect so I wanted to order one more time to compare and keep the best. But they cancelled my order and said it was an error. But actually they don’t allow us to have the same rare item twice. My friend ordered also once but it was cancelled 2 days after, they said that they don’t have it in the stock which is weird because it was available on the website. Maybe someone else paid at the same time. We never know 😂

you need to personally visit a store near you or call for availability of it and they can tell u where u can go and get it :) thats how i figured these pieces that hard to find online can be in store closeby!
I’ve seen people talk about it being made in France, USA and Italy or Spain. Does that mean anything? I’ve heard it’s best to get the France one
Hi dear! I recently got my very first Made in Spain LV piece and it’s beautifully crafted. I love it. I think LV quality is hit or miss regardless of which country it’s made in, so it probably depends on each item but I do think there’s an emotional attraction to seeing “made in France” even if that’s silly. I have never had any issues with my France pieces for what it’s worth but I had to return a Made in USA key pouch bc it was definitely not right. Got another from France recently and it’s perfect. Hope this helps!
Do you get any red dye transfer from the damier ebene?
I haven’t experienced any color transfer at all.
His first print was actually a striped pattern similar to the Fendi Pequin print. Then he created the damier print, later to combat counterfeit trunks, he made the monogram. Ironically, there are more fake Vuitton pieces in the world than authentic ones. You’re one of the few people that gets it right! xx
The Louis Vuitton canvas print in damier ebene was made in 1888 but the monogram canvas was made of his son Georges V. in 1896.
I agree with you that there's too many fakes being made and that people are buying those instead but with it being so hard to purchase pieces having to stalk the website and still not being able to get the items you want it's nice to know that you can at least buy something that resembles what is sought after but is nearly impossible to get I know this cuz there's items I have been wanting for years but they are never available on the website and I don't live near a store hopefully what I said make sense.
bah I had to get the Monogram since it came in stock on the site, a rare occasion! The ebene was not ins tock so I just paid for the monogram. I feel like Im leaning toward the ebene but not a fan of the red inside, I already have the croisette that does that. Well either way im sure ill like either

I still can’t decide between the two prints! On one hand I love the pop of red in the damier ebene print but the monogram is so classic. I think I might be leaning towards the damier ebene because they only other LV item I own is monogram so it’d be nice to change it up a bit!

This is probably OBE but decided on DE versus Mono. Love, love Mono however I've seen older Mono versions and that small leather piece ends up looking destroyed.
I originally got the mono and so happy I added the Ebene to give to my daughter one day! It the only even print piece I have but it’s so beautiful with the red inside

The azur cracks way more easier people and turns yellow. Around zipper it turns green. 😮
I only kept it minimal with two small slg’s for that reason.

I got 3 mini pochette in monogram and they are all totally different, one of them had a stiff zipper, the other one had a crooked stitching, the other one had scratches on the gold hardware.. voila! Louis Vuitton merci 🤦🏻♀️😁

Its barely cotton. Its polyvinylchloride PVC derived from PLASTIC. Canvas is plastic. Luxurious 😂
I have 3 mini pa’s purchased about 2 yrs ago. 1 DE for myself and 2 monos for my 2 daughters. My eldest gladly accepted hers, my younger daughter has absolutely no interest in LV or designers stuff (she is more into tech and hobbies). So now I have 2 😀 and love them however will not buy anymore with the current prices.
