5:19 Very Nice! A lot of time for sure. The fun part is learning from Jill about the glass progress, this is the job part with useful adhesive, hardware fixture info, thank you For sharing! Now, back to the fun part!
People's finished work can often be spoilt or not shown off to its best by poor choice of mounting. Same with picture frames and other items than need a complimentary device to show them off to their best.
Thank you for your clear and inspiring tutorial. It is very generous of you to share your beautiful work and techniques. I hope your channel will be well supported
I have never ben so excited to try your fish. Thank you for sharing your techniques and professional skill with us all. Not often that an artist will share their secrets with us all. Mahalol Love them💕
so i have to say im totally inspired by your work. You 2 make an awesome team. from the cutting of the fish to the tools being used. Im needing to buy those tools, and this Sept is a glass sale in my area, this will be the 1st yr of mainly buying powder and of course tekta. thank u so much for showing how to mount the fish to the wall, never really understood how. thank u, thank u!!!!
Thanks for watching Sephen. Glad you found this series valuable, plenty more to come. I am the Orson Wells of glass, doing cameo roles in my own productions. LOL
Thank you for sharing your wonderful ideas and for providing such clear instructions. I really appreciate your calm and friendly approach, and the lack of annoying background music (that is so often present)! Please do more videos. Quick question - could you possibly give an indication of the sizes of mounts used please? There are so many on the CGG website that I don't know where to begin. Thanks, and lots of luck with the channel.
Thank you, glad to hear you like out videos. Agreed on background music, most odd overlaying over the narration for an instructional video. It has it's place in nature documentaries etc. We chose the polished 1/2" diameter size for all the mounts which is the smallest in the super-duty stand-off range. Length wise we opted for the 1/2", 1" and 2".
Thanks Jane. Links are in the description. If you are on a desktop computer that's easier to find as they are right underneath the video. On a mobile / tablet make sure you are not viewing the video in full screen mode. Best to have the phone held vertically too. Then tap on the title of the video below the preview to display the description and the links.
I am thinking of creating a similar project. I see you use warm glass but where did you buy the vibrating cartridge applicator and the powder tool? Loved the simple instructions
Thank you so much for getting back to me. Unfortunately Warm Glass, my normal supplier, do not stock either and the item is out of stock at Creative Glass. Luckily I have a a dot and line applicator so that will do to start!
@paul gibson ah apologies, I thought you were referring to the spring loaded sifter. If it's the silver globe type sift Jill used, then this is a loose leaf tea holder which you can get from any good household shop. The P3 Powder Pro Plus I thought Warm Glass sold, apologies. It's American made, so they import them. We may have created a Delia Smith shortage as many people have tried to purchase them on the back of this project series.
Great to see you John and thank you SO much for your clear and well presented solution to hanging! 🙏
My pleasure!

Hi Paul, both items can be purchased from Warm Glass. Powder Pro Plus (P3) and Fine Mesh Softer. Under Tools and Supplies > Hand Tools and Equipment
Thank you so much for getting back to me.
