@@lltechview Just barely. I did side by side comparisons in different scenarios, and they're battling each other very hard. I'd say that the only scenario where the vivo is a clear winner is with portrait shots. Otherwise it's only a matter of personal preference.
@@CasualReviewsAK Great. I only had a short hands on experience between those two when I was in China. So glad for your input on this. One thing for sure. The AI can speak english though. Did you try that out? I did on my Find X7 Ultra with ColorOS 15 and it works quite good. Maybe not all features and sometimes it reads numbers in chinese when asking for temperature otherwise works well. The swipe down feature on home screen to show notifications and control center is also available on OriginOS 5 and Vivo as well as on Honor, Nubia, Xiaomi and almost all chinese devices with the exception of Huawei. File Dock feature is not exclusive to ColorOS / OxygenOS. The original idea comes from Huawei's HarmonyOS where it is called SuperHUB
@@lltechview As for the AI assistant, I did try that, and it seems like it can understand the commands in English, but not the times. For instance, I ask it to "remind me to take out the trash at 9pm" and it replies IN CHINESE "what time would you like to be reminded?" I tried setting a 10-minute timer too, and it recognized the command but not the duration, so it asked me AGAIN IN CHINESE, "for how long?" So I really wouldn't say it's usable in English. The swipe-down feature in general, yes, sure, nothing new, but on those other UIs it doesn't matter which side of the home screen you swipe down on. At least not on OriginOS.
@CasualReviewsAK Yeah true some limits still. I only asked it for weather and that worked or what a word means and conversions from pound to kilogram for example
