Gold Reef City is awesome, but I would recommend going in winter, as during the warmer months, dozens and dozens of school busses arrive and so you will be waiting in queues for 30-60 minutes a ride. During winter, you can go on a ride, walk around and get right back on again. There are only 2 water rides, so you won't be missing anything, and most of the days are pretty warm anyway. In the evening, you can catch the shuttle to the casino across the road.

Rosebank and Melrose Arch! Some of our favorite areas in Joburg. That McClaren dealer is the largest of the brand in the world. Who would have thought it would be in Africa. Appreciate the love you all give to KQ also.
@@DaveMani The young owner(the son) is pretty cool. Next time try to interview him and test drive something or show some the exotics they have on display. Free advertising for them. Great content for you. Again, it's NOT what most people associate with Africa.
Some South Africans and bashing of their own country🙄. May we learn to speak well of our land. In some countries, citizens hides all the ills and present the better parts. We cannot afford to give on our own land, more especially on the contents, by the tourists, which are focused on all things beautiful and appealing. In most crime ridden places, criminals are thriving because the community members are not working together to rid themselves of crime, through communication channels for instance. I live in an environment where we communicate with each other on daily basis on a community WhatsApp group and our kids walk around with cellphones and whatever they can handle without a fear of getting mugged. My community is surrounding by townships, but community members in our area had to find a way of working together. My biggest worry is that outsiders see good and all some of our people see is doom and gloom and they do not shy away from voicing it, even when it is unnecessary to do so. I always say that South Africa depends on where you are located, because we are all not experiencing the same things as a result. There are bad communities, yes, however as long as they are not featured on this type of content, it becomes unnecessary to bring their mayhem forward. When the content shows the bad side, then yeah, speak ill. When the content showcases development and greatness, enjoy and celebrate. Otherwise most of our people must try "Shot Left" and tour their own towns and cities. Tour, not drive to a mall or to buy or collect something, but sightseeing. Believe me you gonna enjoy it and see Mzansi differently. I do that a lot with my kids. I would sometimes, just leave a house and go for a walk around other unknown parts of our community, far from our house. Kids enjoy this a lot. This couple is in Rosebank and somebody wants to talk about Jozi CBD because that's their type of Joburg that they know and are used to. Anything nice about Joburg, they are mostly either not exposed to or they go past and never experienced it. Or maybe it is the legacy of apartheid as most would claim. Otherwise may we mostly learn to speak well about our country as well as to co tribute to safety and protection of our environments, irrespective of where we reside in this lovely country of ours. To the couple, thank very much for showing the beauty of Joburg and many other places on the continent👌. Much appreciated😍🤞. Ka👊!
