Thanks everyone for taking the time to watch this first Episode! Trust me, the next episodes will blow your minds knowledge-wise! Don't forget to drop a THUMBS UP!!! 👍👍👍
At 64 yrs,I'm very very new to cycling but love these vids,Team EF are my fav team in the peloton and even though I cant name a single rider yet!, I'll be rooting for them simply because of the friendliness I seem to get coming from them, Great Vid,looking forward to the series.
Very interesting, especially the bike fit with belly button relative to BB......it would have been cool to hear even more details on the subtleties, and get your feelings on before and after with the micro-adjustments made.
Thanks Rob, I unfortunately had to only keep the best of the bike fit for the sake of time. The full fit took about 45 minutes, and I have it all recorded. Later this year I'll post dedicated videos about the longer segment I had to cut down for the series
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😛 Congratulations that’s what I need to see about cycling can’t wait to use what I learn from this episodes definitely apply on my cycling congratulations King Charles
Hi Charles, great videos. I was looking at the EF website but they don't actually show the training plans. It seems to suggest that the first period is a set plan after which a rider can choose a speciality. Is this correct. Would love to know your experience.
Hey Stephen, I have an indepth review about their foudation training plan! Have a watch and leave a comment over that video after, I'll answer you there :) ua-cam.com/video/kcj14dtMVn4/v-deo.html&t
Did my best as a one man show. Shot everything on the gopro + media mod microphone, often in very echo-y rooms, far away from the person speaking, lots of wind as well when riding. I used some AI to clean up the audio and it did an amazing job, but it does add some weird artefact sometime. Overall, it's way better like that than the original audio

Thanks! Try the code with the monthly subscription!

How much was the camp ? €
just under 10K for the full week, everything included
Is that your bike fit from MyVeloFit? 👀👀
Nope that's from the one and only COLBY PEACE ;)
Wowwww
YA MAN
I can't possibly believe that the general rules were actually read and explained to the riders, these, are pros not first day riders.
They guys with me are not pros, we ride with the pros on the last day of the camp 😇
Je suis jaloux.
C’était fou !!

Oui!
