    I picked garlic leaves and chopped. My cheese was more Indian or farmers so I decided I will get more milk and make your recipe. I ordered from Amazon tonight I made yogurt cheese and ricotta cheese with vinegar and I used store milk. I was happy with the cheese it is very nice but I cannot wait to make your recipe with my leaves. Thank you. Martha Kerasiotis Nelson yogurt is homemade Greek wonderful and thick.

    Madame Samira, Thank you so much for your invaluable information. Once you make the cheese cut it up and putting it in oil, must I keep it refrigerated or it will be OK if I leave it in my pantry, will the oil protect it from going bad?
