(i think) Tanya's voice is the same voice actress, she probably just used a different approach than the other Tanya since this Tanya is different
It's the same voice actress! Cherise Boothe really put her all into both iterations of her. This Tanya's voice is softer,more noble, and compassionate, where our Umgadi Tanya had the edge of a warrior whose always under the stress of protecting the royal family. Sheer talent and skill on display

Rain definitely earned his stripes. Bro was a just and honorable warrior/emperor. His chapter is probably one of the best in MK1.

Rain's death was only meh to me. After all, in the other timelines he had always been evil, and even in Liu Kang's new era he still sided with Shao, I'm not yet convinced he would have stayed on the side of good even if Titan Shang Tsung never interfered in the first place. So in Havik's timeline, let's just say I didn't see enough of him to prove he'd become different.

And why do we care? We had just met these two! They aren’t the main Rain or Tanya and we will never see them again after this game. They were designed to expendable. I’m only upset that the annoying army Johnny also isn’t claimed.
I hate Fauxpion so much. He has 0 right to ask how long he and Cyraxia knew each other. He thought she’d rather follow Bi-Han’s corruption. His own words. He wrote them all off as lost causes. Didn’t even give the clan a chance. He abandoned them and left without a word. He also ALLOWED Bi-Han to return to the Lin Kuei and spread his lies. He has no right to be as upset as he was at Cyraxia when he’s the one who horribly misjudged her and left her to be lead astray. This guy was going to kill her. After saving his wife. I can’t 🤣🤣🤣
