I respect Dinah so much, she barely had her own solo or line to sing but she still showed it and didn't let anyone down, love people like her so much, hopefully she'll have her own solo to sing in at least one song and show people her talent too
She is a genuinely good person. People underestimate her because they are busy complaining about Lauren not getting a huge part or Lauren being sad or Camila doing her riffs when she shouldn't have...crazy stuff!! People are really sick and I feel sorry if I offend them but it's the truth. Many people live for these youtube comments and that's so sad.

I'm really happy that normani shines in this song because she use to be very insecure about her voice compared to the other girls and I'm glad she's much more confident in herself now! Same with Ally, she is just a powerhouse it's amazing! So proud of all the girls!

I find Lauren's alto voice really relaxing, without her the group doesn't mesh right.
Ally's high notes give me life. I do wish that Dinah got a solo, but she'll get her time to shine on the album. Same with Lauren.

I respect Dinah so much, she's having just as much fun performing this song where she has no lines as when she is performing better together or who are you when she sangs the whole song. A proper team player. I can't wait for the next song to be the Dinah show though, her voice is to good to be pushed to the background

I still think Dinah deserves more in this song. This is solely my opinion but she is the only one that has the complete star quality package. She sings AMAZINGLY well, she can perform the hell out of a song and she can dance. This post is not meant to offend anyone. I'm a true Harmonizer but I have had love for Dinah since auditions.

They should have given Dinah the final chorus then it would have been equal! Normani would still have the most because she's rapping, but she never has many solos anyway! But I agree, Dinah genuinely has the better voice in the group, she can hit all the right notes in all the right places, I'm not saying the other girls can't, but Dinah can go from the very low to the very high, whereas the rest, they either have a low register or a higher register, Normani and Lauren have lower, and Ally and Camila have higher, but Dinah has BOTH!! Dinah became my favourite when since The X Factor performance of 'Give your heart a break' when she done the killer note towards the end! I didn't see their auditions until after the live shows because I'm from the UK so I only had youtube, but Dinahs audition was sensational!
Hopefully the next song they release she has longer than one sentence!

This acoustic version of Bo$$ really highlights the uniqueness of Camila's voice. And Ally, I was never wrong saying her the most technically gifted singer in 5H.
She isnt actually, she singing those notes screaming, she control them but it's "screaming" shes not doing it the right way, the best one technically is dinah cause in the high notes she does it really well and also the low ones, riffs and runs all in control and ally sadly can't do
GuiiRazera There's nothing special or different/new about Dinah though, she's just your usual good singer that's all. With help Ally could belt like Christina, and Camilla just naturally has the best technical ability.
We already have a Beyonce, Christina, Mariah, Celine, Perrie Edwards can also hit whistle tones and low notes and do opera. Like I said in today's society she's nothing special.

Oh and Adele? So yeah Dinah isn't special or unique nor is her passion when she sings believable or convincing. I don't deny her great vocal ability, but she is really nothing special when put into context.

This was honestly such an amazing performance. I love how they all add something different to the song: Normani's pure vocals, Ally's high notes, Dinah's harmonies, Lauren's raspy voice and Camila's runs. I don't think they try to 'outshine' eachother in any way. Each of them has different qualities and after all it only makes them unique as a group.

she was just giving the cover a bit of variety, mix it up a little, and tbh it worked perfectly. yes i realize her and normani did have a lot more to sing than the rest of the girls, but sometimes that's just how it works. like in miss movin' on, that song has a lot of lauren in, they just take it in turns when it comes to different songs, it's all planned out

the scatting fits perfectly with the jazzy vibe and bass guitar ! camila's runs and scat section are rehearsed, they all go into the performance with the gist of what they are going to do so i don't know why people think she came up with that on the spot just to get attention. besides, ally is the one that truly shines in this acoustic rendition.

okay everyone saying camila is trying to outshine the girls is obviously missing the special component within this video... this is a sick acoustic version of their song, and the girls seem to be honestly really relaxed and enjoying themselves singing THEIR song. it's not a competition of how much one of them sings. it's getting annoying how people would assume that camila would even dare to outshine any of the girls, she's just feeling the song and singing. the girls wouldn't be pissed about that. stop over analyzing a fucking scat and trying to bring hate to everything...

In groups, parts are giving to the person who's voice is better equipped to handle the range that the part has. I've watched many reality group shows and know that's how the producers do these things. Normani has the voice to suit a song like this which is more urban. The others have voices that can sing r&b and pop. But each voice has a unique difference in voice range. So that's what makes them work. And I love it,

Exactly girl!!! I feel like some of Lauren's fans(by Lauren's fans I mean some of those whose Lauren is their fav but they support her also blindly let's say) can't accept that she won't have a huge part all the time...they can't accept that management is not using her voice as much as in their EP.. In the direction they are taking, it's normal to see this cause obviously they will use the voice of the girl that suits better. But blind fans remain blind fans. They only think about that one person and not what is better for 5H.

I rmmbr back when they were on XFACTOR Lauren was the core vocal leader cos she does hav the most mature voice but now her vocal range is not being explored as much as the rest especially Camilla and Ally. Sad cos Lauren has much more powerful voice
her vocal range isn't as wide. Lauren isn't the designated belter/high-noter because its not what her voice tends to. She's good at low harmonies, but Camila and Ally are both probably sopranos, definitely Camila so power and range are better possibilities for them. It all depends on where their strengths are. I do not believe Lauren has the most powerful voice, Dinah does by far, but Lauren has a nice tone.
8polander8 that's a pretty big assumption based on one single...their album could have like what at least 10 songs. You don't know what ranges or voices will be used or explored throughout the entire album. You are really jumping the gun aren't you.

just point to me in which songs did lauren have the biggest part! cause they have a lot of songs out and the only one i can think of is MMO and even in that one they gave ally one of her solos so they got pretty even (except for normani)... and i'm talking about solo parts here! i could be distraught but i could swear if you listen properly you'll realize that camilla, dinah and ally have the biggest parts in most songs. If not, just show me otherwise please :) not trying to start a fight cause i love them... it just bothers me when i know something for a fact and someone says the opposite (nothing against you, of course :) )

gwed lya eh while she's gifted with a voice amazing for low notes, her high notes, like the ones she's hitting in the chorus sometimes lose resonance and sound strained. That and she has a natural rasp which can be misleading.
