Paul you have really educated your host, he should rather come and learn from your outfit to better himself than to ask you questions to put himself into trouble
I think it's unethical to give questions to your interviewee. This is because during the interview the conversation looks like it was made up, it isn't real. There are no emotions in the interview... Different emotions should seen and felt. Briefing the interviewee on the topic is better than giving out questions.
This is why I believe lots of journalists in Ghana do not ask relevant or informative questions. I am certain Paul would not have shown up if you had sent him these questions ahead of the interview. Maybe I understand why lots of you still support surprise journalism. 28+ minutes of no content.

You asked him where he is calling from to which he said Kumasi. You seem to dismiss him simply because he was calling from Kumasi. I think this needs some serious explanation or perhaps an apology is in order.
Paul is right. Attacking what one puts out based on opinion is not personality. Again if someone is voted as the best in an professional setting, does not mean the person cannot be questioned with whatever is put out by such a person.

@kwaku baafi. Forget American or anybody's standard for the matter. What is the essence of asking a question? The essence of asking a question is to get right answers. if not for diabolic reasons and the euphoria to see people fail, the right way to ask someone a question for the right and factual answers is to give the person ample time, opportunity and convenience to present the right answers. Paul asked Host, " what do you gain in ambushing people? So even in court questions are asked based on present evidence that a previewed to the defendant. Umma, Paul brings real journalism to the profession. He’s a critical analyst and objective. Most of the current journalists are bias and unprofessional. Unfortunately, some of them are corrupt. They only work for envelopes. They are not factual.
Paul is setting real journalistic practice standards in Ghana. The rest will do well to learn from him, especially the Joy News lot.

This is the problem we have in our educational sector. Teachers in all levels of education want to ambush learners with questions without thoroughly helping them to understand the concepts and prepare very well. Some teachers are even excited when you fail to answer their questions in an examination.
Kudos to Paul . The man with wisdom and knowledge at work is what we need in Ghana but not stomach journalist .
Remember “Let the blood flow…” that was the will of the majority then… how do we feel about that now?
Trust me Paul is the master
Paul Adom-Otchere is a smart guy. His answers are spot on. Great respect for him. I think he seems to lose his cool at some questions. Both the interviewer and the interviewee did a great job.
Very disrespectful of him

Paul is great at what he does
Which npp media landgard will state that Paul wasn't intelligent in any form but just defensive in the interview. He came knowing what would be asked and was still pissed at umaru for asking the hard obvious questions. Paul is an npp media bot and the npp boys all know this.

Good job paul
there is a difference between intelligence and common sense...
This is why I believe lots of journalists in Ghana do not ask relevant or informative questions. I am certain Paul would not have shown up if you had sent him these questions ahead of the interview. Maybe I understand why lots of you still support surprise journalism. 28+ minutes of no content.
I wish this interview was an hour or even 2 hrs. Cos it was really interesting 🤔. Some people know what they are about ooo herrrr. I've seen Umar done some amazing interviews but this one de3 Paul showed superior knowledge. Just my opinion.

Paul is tough as Teflon. The story is that Umari picked up law school forms after this interview because he wants to be as brilliant as Paul 😂😂😂
But Paul is not a lawyer
@@kuwornumawusi6686 not everyone who goes to law school becomes a lawyer. Fixers, police, politicians, investigators, journalist go to get the knowledge and intelligence of law and use it for a different career. Now Umari will be doing the same because he wants to be as brilliant as Paul.
@@Ahoto_papa_bi very well. But my reference to him not being a lawyer was more in respect to his qualifying certification in education.
My point however, if it was missed is that your equation of brilliance to an enrollment in the law school is a fallacy. Paul. I am one of your ardent supporters and have always liked your analysis. There is this video going around where a person called in from Kumasi. This was on one of Kwadwo Sheldon's videos.
Umaru: If you serve on the board, are you serving in the government?
Paul: Well, em to some extent, the definition of the government .......
It is absolutely clear that, Paul was uncomfortable, bcos he is a board member of the NCA, appointed by Nana Addo....lol
It wouldn't have been a problem serving the govt but when politicians fake media neutrals then it becomes difficult for them to answer the question

Masa fa wonsem hunu fioko!
Are you aware it is the practice in the UK to send questions before briefing?
Are you serious?
@kwaku baafi. Forget American or anybody's standard for the matter. What is the essence of asking a question? The essence of asking a question is to get right answers. if not for diabolic reasons and the euphoria to see people fail, the right way to ask someone a question for the right and factual answers is to give the person ample time, opportunity and convenience to present the right answers.
Paul asked Host, " what do you gain in ambushing people? So even in court questions are asked based on present evidence that a previewed to the defendant.
