Figured out how to get my hubby to dress up for me. Real easy. Told him that it's too bad we have to go somewhere or I'd strip it right back off of him and kissed him. Our evening OUT ended early, but our evening IN did not. He's dressed up for me every chance he gets ever since.
I have also learned that teasing and snuggles in a certain area of the chest are EXCELLENT motivators. ;)
Our CHurch did his whole series on relationships and it was awesome

Why does he refuse every time I ask? He says no, no, I'm busy, stress free zone...etc.
If I ask more than once he accuses me of "nagging", so " can't win"
Sandra, you seem very frustrated and my heart goes out to you. Maybe try bargaining with him or rewarding your husband with sex when he does do things you’ve asked of him. Every piece of advice may not work for you, but overall this seminar is offering great advice for men and women.
Try wearing something sexy the second time :)
