Outstanding. I love how the chair shifts back from all teh energy that goes into practically dancing on it. It would be out in the back yard if something wasn't in the way.
Awesome! Damn...that was sweet. nice backup on guitar too!
Saw them both live at Brackley Beach. They're great!
Awesome-this could pick you up when you had a bad day, or as the Johnny Cash song says,"Get rhythm when you get the blues". They've got that and more.
I can't stop watching ahahah
Great energy!!!
Holysmokes, you two really get into it!!!great jamming.
Lovely!
Such an inspiration! Lively!
They definitely catch your ear. I love how she goes from jigs to reels, I love that
Tunes are Irish Washerwoman, Larry O'Gaffe, Spootiskerry and The High Road to Linton. I have never seen anyone dancing while sitting down before. Brilliant. *****
There's another two tunes between Spootiskerry and the High Road. I don't know what they are called!
@@UISTMAN59I’m pretty sure the B minor reel is Sleepy Maggie
Thank you @@youtubeuser4535 It's a great set altogether, isn't it?
Saw them both live at Brackley Beach this August, 2011. Seen many a fiddler, but she can't sit still and I had to use the movie camera to film her. Will try and post my video soon. Loved her and Gordon both. Got her new CD as well.
Irish Washerwoman!! Awesome version!
Excellent!
Awesome drive - well done
Love the fiddle
the 3rd is Spootiskerry and the last one is The High Road to Linton. Maybe Cindy could fill in the others.
Sam
you ma idol!!!
2:04 What a tune!
There's Irish In the Islands!!! Great Stuff.
Between 4:18 and 5:06 I don't know which reel is.. Sure that it isn't "Spootiskerry"
wow i cant remember when i last saw her but i think my family reunion.i think shes like a 2nd cousin er sumthin dunno:)
Do anybody know the name of the second jig? I love that jig
Larry O'Gaffe.
Excuse me , I don't know what I'm talking about. - of course it's not Big John McNeil. The tune between Irish Washerwoman and Spootiskerry might be a Gordon McQaurrie tune ? don't know the one between Spootiskerry and The High Road to Linton either. Idiot that I am.
It sounds like a version of the Irish jig "Larry O'gaffe"
@@mactcampbell Thanks Mac !
Can't help but notice what appears to be the vast amounts of rosin dust on her violin, lol... :-)
She can't sit still! haha.
you ma idol!
