Had one from the 1st run in the 90s. With the yellowed inlays. Heavy as hell. Mine was 11 pounds! Lol. But it was an AMAZING Les Paul! I've played a lot of Paul's since I sold it, including some R 9's. It would stand with any of them in playability and sonic. One of the ones I always regretted selling. That and my 73 telecaster custome
2 very different guitars price wise for sure. Hard to keep up with all the Les Paul models! Never the "less" for a reasonably priced guitar it was my favorite out of any I played. Probably just got lucky!@richardgregory3644

Thanks Ron. This one is 8 lb 5 oz. And is a 2019 R0. I’ve got a 57,58,59 and now the slim neck 60
The gibson les paul classic with yellow inlays are not the same as a R0. One is the 1960 classic and this one is the 1960 reissue
