Yes, I noticed that. Sorry it is not available, but I only recommend products I actually use, so rather than listing a link to a product that is available, I provided the link to the blanket I use. As I pointed out in the video, they are simple devices, so I am sure some of the other options available will work well.
I may be wrong but I think you are the only true Suburban Camper on UA-cam. I'm glad you are still out there. I understand how much work goes into posting content on UA-cam. No matter how much time in between postings just keep it up.
Thank you very much for this video, I have always used wool blankets in conjunction with my sleeping bag that will keep me comfortable to 0°F. The only cold part would be my face haha. This will definitely make it way more comfortable.
I use an electric blanket under me. Heat rises. I also turn it on well before going to bed so when I do go to bed, everything is toasty warm. I generally turn off my electric blanket when sleeping. I just use a very warm sleeping bag. A sleeping pad designed for winter weather is extremely important. An inflatable air pad will suck the heat away from you. Hopefully everyone knows that.
Great advice! I will try the "under method". Yes, insulation below is very important! I have mats on the floor and my 4" mattress does a good job. I have thought about getting a warmer sleeping bag, but mine is so comfortable, I don't think I can get away with it.
I’ve heard on the other channels that if you use electric blankets and plug them into your car, it will drain. Your battery is best to use like a separate battery that’s not in the car which of course is more expensive that’s probably the way I’ll go to keep from killing my battery in my car.
Your right, the name of this video is misleading. damage is already done tho. You did it on purpose. i will not subscribe to you nore ever click your bait again. Good day not so kind ser.
According to Amazon, this blanket is not available.

@@SuburbanCamping I've tried three other 12 volt electric blankets - none of them were any good. Sent 'em all back.
Sorry to hear that. Guess I got lucky with the RoadPro. Perhaps you might be able to find one at a truck stop?

Great explanation, warnings, and diy tips.
Thank you!
Love your videos!!! Always great info here!
Thanks Justin!
This is exactly what I needed for my trip New Year’s Eve. Also, I use a pillow case as a hat while sleeping. Warm, when doubled over, and comfortable.
If I'm cold I wear a loose beanie in bed, lol.
Glad I could help! Love the pillowcase idea!
Great video. I'm glad to see again.
Thanks so much Adam. I appreciate you taking the time to say that!
Another great video as always thank you so much!
Thank you so much!
Thank you so much!
Welcome back! Thanks for the great content.
Thank you so much Andrew! Good to be back. A lot of work goes into these videos, so I really appreciate it when I get positive feedback!
You are welcome . I’d be interested to know why you went deep cycle instead of lithium for the battery.@@SuburbanCamping
I did not know lithium was an option! I will check it out!
I love that you use white gas lanterns. I do too. Also love my old school Coleman white gas cook stove. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks!
Ecoflow wave 2 AC and heater works great in the summer and winter.
I will check it out! Thanks.
Thank you for the most important part. Current draw.
You are welcome! When I bought the blanket that info was not available, so glad to see they are now providing. As you know, it is critical!
Welcome back!
Thank you!
You know you can use the auxiliary battery as the auxiliary power and when u start the truck you can have the battery charge with a switch
Yes! Just been too lazy to install one!
Hey your back. Nice to see you...
Thanks so much!

Yes, you should definitely not use your car battery to power the electric blanket.
Very cool video
Thanks!
Any tips for people like me who can tolerate the cold well and has ways to keep my body warm, but it's breathing in cold air that I find a challenge?
Simple, stay indoors.
It still is not avaliable not even on the roadpro site. Must have been good.
To be fair... if you have to check to see if your electric blanket is still working... I don't think it's working 🤷♂️
Electric blankets are safe, but not reliable
Have not had mine fail yet, but I often carry a spare!
