The storyline is based off a story where multiple people have claimed to see the same man in their dreams. Jeonghan is the who is making the people dream and Wonwoo is waking up people from there dreams into reality. I also read some were that “Nox” means “Night” in Roman. It also refers to Greek Roman Godress of Night. “Nox and Nox” which means that they both represent Night, because they both can control dreams

So basically, jeonghan had a girl called A' whom he shared a lot of memories with, but 'A vanished long ago and left. jeonghan still wants her back and so he is stuck in the world of dreams where he keeps remembering A but now it's been so long that A appears to him as a person covered in a silk white cloth with eye holes from which he can see A's eyes on but since he has fully forgotten how A looks even if he took off the cloth there was nothing underneath him. Time stopped now. He still searches for A. Everyone of us is always in some sort of stress.We have lost a lot of our pieces and in this way Jeonghan whispers in people's ears and makes them fall asleep into a Dreamland, where they are surrounded by those they love and away from worries. This Man everyone is talking about that they see him and they are in a dream land but no one truly remembers his face. There are posters everywhere of this man that people have come up with.
