Dct actuator repair. Once over adjustment happened, rod will be dislodged, removed from it's assy. It can be repair just watch, for disassemble, repair and re-assemble.
Hi, i installed the dual clutch in a 2016 tucson then adjusted the actuator to specs 71.5 mm 7 speed trans but when i try to do the relearn with the scanner it gives me an error. Do you know what i might have done wrong? It does it only after it asks me to turn the vehicle on to keep reprogramming. Thank you for your help
After clutch replacement and actuator adjustment, w/o relearn, i observed engine rpm is high during shifting and early gear shifting. Since i dont have scanner i paid only for relearn on hyundai shop. And it works. Try to observe road test. Rcvd some info from other mechanic that other cars will self relearn for few kilometers run
