In the homeowners insurance you should have rental liability coverage, so if a renter gets hurt you are covered

It’s insulting to see foreigners come to Mexico and call themselves expats. We as Mexicans have never been referred to as expats in any country regardless of the reason we’re in a particular country. We don’t dislike foreigners we just dislike the term expats.
