Excellent. Very excellent tutorial. Bjorn’s tutorials are always so clear, easy to follow and instructive.
Thanks Osvaldo and thanks for watching!
I want a search field option inside the drop down option ,how it will be done
I’m looking for a decent dropdown selector, but one that allows you to type in the title within a search area and adds the result to your chosen selections. I think ACF have a similar one within their backend, but don’t offer it as a front-end solution.
I'll look into creating this and make a video for it if I can get it done :)
@@wplearninglab I found one with Bit forms and it does a great job, although I wish it was a standard multi-selector with other form builders. Expecting clients to hold shift isn’t great. I have 200 courses within the dropdown so a search facility really does help. Oh, I learnt a lot with your WPCoorseware tutorial and using
It on my clients new site. Their certificates builder sucks but the rest seems pretty decent. Thanks! 👍
If your courses are created as WooCommerce products in your site then there was a plugin a while back that would allow people to search and add WooCommerce products to their contact form 7 forms. I can't seem to find it any more when I google it, maybe it's defunct.
WPCourseware is pretty solid. Maybe you can integrate a third party certificate builder.
I originally contacted WPCourseware who suggested some third-party developers, but too expensive. I’ve got a Fiverr developer on it now using Woo to calculate the prices within the dropdown and it seems to be working well.
Sorry for the delay. When it comes to WordPress and websites in general, there is almost always more than one way to do things :) And more than one price point for those things!
