I just bought a lot in Washington State, how do I get this thing built, I need 3 car garage, maybe only 3 bedroom, 4 would work though. How much to build?

Hi Tim. The cost to build varies by location, because there are very different material and labor costs across the country. How much did they expand the floor plan/sq footage?
Hello! The original house plans are 2,482 square feet and this build was expanded by only 200-300 more.
@@Thehousedesigners was it the living room they expanded? We have been looking at this same floor plan for about a year now. Also, my builder says we need plumbing in our blue prints if we buy a plan from online. Can y'all do that? Thanks for getting back to me.
@@hulkhuggett I'm not sure exactly where the extra space was added, but one of our home plan advisors can put you in contact with the architect to answer any questions (give them a call/start a chat: www.thehousedesigners.com/contact-us/). Because plumbing can be affected by your area and the foundation you choose, most plans do not automatically include it. If you know exactly what you need, our mods team can handle almost anything!

It needs a storybook fairytale INTERIOR to go with the exterior.
The best part of building your own home is finishing it however you like! If you want to see more of a storybook interior, we have a number of plans with photography that are similar to this one on our site.
General façade is great, but the lack of symmetric ruins the whole design.
Hello! Cottage exteriors aren't usually symmetrical, but that's part of their charm. Symmetry and whimsy don't often go together!
