I know how you feel when you lose a friend. one of my friends passed back in February from a sudden rare form of the flu. she was only 14 .she had so much life inside of her. The biggest thing I regret was that I had so many opportunities to be closer to her and spend more time with her. I didn’t take them. I didn’t invite her to my birthday party . i was getting my house remodeled and she wanted to come over and I told her that she could when it was finished . she never got to .her death was hard on everyone in the school, but what really carried me through was my community and people around me helping and supporting me through it. her passing was unexplainably hard and im sure your friends is too. I’m here with you and I miss my girl. fly high Charlee 💜🕊️

I’m so sorry for you loss Katie. I understand what it is like to loss a family member or friend. And let me just tell you don’t be afraid to cry because it is natural and 100 % ok. Don’t let anyone tell it is not ok to feel what you feel because it is ok. I hope it gets better

Grief is so tough, but your true faith in God and Him keeping you on the right path is so inspiring, I think we aren't given battles we can't face, and losing our loved ones at an early age simply means we need to have them live on in us. I had one of my childhood best friends pass when I was 20 in my second year of med school and it was so tough as we were in many of the same classes. But I truly found a new burst of energy to keep going for her, and sometimes that's all we can do! You should be so proud of yourself, but please remember that it's okay to grieve and be sad or get emotional, it'd be weird if we didn't! However grief has no timeline and sometimes it doesn't come until years later. Sending you love and strength, may Adelaide rest in peace
