To answer some of ken’s questions that I actually learned from Dr. Youn’s videos. Yes there is an injection that will dissolve it if it is a professionally medically done injection. The type of silicone and material used in black market injections, almost all of the time (since I’m not a doctor I’m not gonna say for sure) cannot be dissolved this way and can generally only be removed through surgery. That is typically only done if it is causing issues. And there is a major artery that runs through the butt which is what make BBLs such a dangerous plastic surgery procedure. Like Dr. Youn said, one injection into that vein and you could end up with a blockage in the lung (this could be from black market injections are even a licensed plastic surgeon preforming a BBL) and this results in a very quick death (can happen within a few hours).

The pics of necrosis and infections from sketchy injections are terrifying. Please people, bake your own cakes. Edit: DANE you give yourself away 🍑🤣
“Bake your own cakes”, love it!
Or get implants and mind your own business it isn't your body
@Inckblot pancakes are pretty great too
@Inckblot squat heavier and eat more
Let's be real, Vanity "overcame" her dangerous obsession when she couldn't fit through the door for her appointments anymore
😂😂😂
Hearing you say Happy Birthday on my birthday is what I’ve been waiting for all year
Happy birthday!!
Aww happy birthday 🖤
Happy birthday 🎂
Happy birthday! 🎉🎈
love ken and dane just the way they are, being average handsome dudes makes them more relatable
If I would go to my doctor with a problem like this, he would lecture me for hours. Damn, I've got scared even by thinking about it lol
oh wow Dr. Youn lol. Love the way he views holistic medicine and seems to treat his patients with sincerity.
You could say she was *making an ass* of herself.
@@issablex Thank you so much.
😂😂😂
Yeah big butts aren't all they're cracked up to be
🥁badum tssssssssssssss
@@molcatz9634The crack that will stink back.
As a regular primary care doc, I see this pretty often. Dr Youn probably sees this everyday
That doctor actually has a yt channel too, i’ve watch his several react videos
I hate how unhappy people are about their bodies 😞 body dysmorphia is awful
My husband says the exact same thing about it looking like a diaper, lol. He thinks it looks so gross!
You know how older people can a sort of bent forward posture? That’s what the extreme butt augmentation makes me think of
@resplndnt I have never thought of it that way but now I will.
Idk how I found this channel, I’m over here wheezing. Y’all funny as hell 😂😂😂😂. Deff just subbed 🎉
They're built like a Pixar mom 💀
4:13 VANITY LOOKIN' LIKE A CHARACTER OUT OF CHICKEN RUN THOUGH
Dr. Youn!! We love him! He's super wonderful and a great creator here on UA-cam imo
The fix I needed today 😂 they way you two laugh, the way Dane giving himself away, these comments 🤣
NOT THE TIKTOK DOCTOR !
He is so cool and respectful and really interested in the wellness of people, i LOVE HIM OMG
DR YOUN AND CINAMON TOAST KEN??? The crossover we needed
Buffpro is the best co-host ever
Buff is killing me this episode 🤣 "that donk" "cake mix for that cake"
Freakin love these two guys, so funny!! 😂❤
Children deserve a mother, not a dead mother.
She actually looks OK, like she can come back from it
Dr.youn is always that calm and very empathetic. He has a UA-cam and TikTok where he reacts and gives medical advice.
I’m grateful for my body, it’s not perfect but it works. I will never do surgeries or injections for cosmetic reasons. I would rather be flat and ugly then harm myself
I love you
@@donkeyhobo34 💀
Not perfect - Tim Minchin is a beautifull song that really applies here. Your body is amazing for doing every thing for you. Restoring itself, growing, heating itself and all the other things, it's absolutely amazing ❤
being yourself is a great thing
My friend was getting black market lip injections from a girl that didn't even use gloves in her basement, needless to say she got some janky shit put in her face and her lips swelled and went rock hard for a month 🙄🙄 don't do this guys so gross and scary!!!
If anyone is considering this, tell them to look up images of filler necrosis. Horrific.
It's bad enough knowing there's plenty of dudes who'll still hit it. 💀
I went out with a gal years ago with breast implants. Broke up with her pretty quickly cuz trying to touch boobs with implants feels so creepy and unnatural. You can tell there’s a foreign object, or like a tumor. Our bodies are designed to reject foreign objects and when they can’t they try to block it off from the rest of the body with calcification. Honestly I blame the K Klones for normalizing injections and implants for an entire generation of young women.
Why boys are boys
Narrator: She overcame the dangerous addiction
Lady: MASSIVE BOOTY!!
Me: Clearly she did not
10:50 nobody going to mention young Doctor Youn!!!
"Cake batter to get caked up-" XD
"That's a car seat!" XD
The doctor that appeared on this episode has his own YT channel. Love his reactions to botched
The phrase “junk in the trunk” comes to mind.
Aye dr youn is amazing! Never knew he was on this show as I've seen him on tik tok
The way you say ‘cement’ had me thinking the doctor was doing an X-ray for something entirely different 😂
Same!
Doctor Anthony Youn was on a surgery show back in the day and is a very popular UA-cam plastic surgeon
Ken and Dane are total dads lol. A big booty, they appreciate. Ones like this, “That’s a car seat!” “Someone change that diaper.” Just dads lol
Cinnamontoastken and buffpro I love your appearance and your content. I watch you guys everyday, doing homework or animating. You guys are my comfort youtubers :) and I like your "bear" ears 🐈
The back pain that HAS to cause. My naturally bodacious friends have so much pain, I can’t imagine that whatever is in her body is light. Not to mention the amount of infections she’s at risk for getting these injections in a non-sterilized room with probably unsanitary supplies
Does bodacious mean fat
Just finished a video about terraforming mars, honestly looks like we already terraformed one planet
11:33 Dr Youn. He is one of my favorite UA-cam docs. Love him 😊
Buff is just something special, he activates my must protect instinct even though he's a grown ass man lol
“I don’t think your ready for this jelly “ 😂❤
This doctor has his own UA-cam and he's a real plastic surgeon. He also does UA-cam shorts and TicToks. He says that he's about safe plastic surgery. So don't get too much and get the legal kind. He always has the warnings about any of the risks of the safest types of plastic surgery as well. So that's probably why they chose him for this episode. I don't know if he had a UA-cam back then or if UA-cam was even around for this episode, but this is the kind of stuff he's always said and still says.
@DrYoun spreading truth. I Love You SO MUCH for your realness.
1:32 Buff likes what he sees.
I just happened to watch this on my birthday, so thank you!
She didn't just go to any dr. She went to Doctor Youn another content creator xd.
I don't think she had an addiction. I think she was just being reckless. And once she was being held accountable for her reckless behavior she stopped.
And her name gotta be vanity.... Smh. All this truly is vanity
actually vanity is the name of her friend !
As wise King Solomon said, "Vanity of vanities, ALL is vanity and there is nothing new under the sun."
@@TsuraraOikawa-chan yes I was talking about her friend. How she was more engulfed in the act herself. She's beautiful, and she changed her body so much because of vain mundane things.
I thought the sane thing. And why would anyone name a child that? I think all those not name names are difficult for children, but why would you name a child after a negative characteristic? It almost seems mean.
DR YOUN IS A KING I’d trust him to reconstruct my entire soul
Can’t believe I’m seeing Dr. Youn here! He’s the actual doctor that checked her x-ray towards the end and also a youtuber.
1.3 seconds into the video already got me dying😂 this is gonna be good
5:39 girl looking like the stepsisters in their ball gowns
Bro Dr yun back at it that's awesome he's great at what he does
Dane had me dying at 4:30 😂💀
The nappy comparison thoo 😂😂 now you've said it, it can't be unseen it's sooo trueeee
Dr. Youn is a really reputable physician, he's big on holistic views of plastic surgery (which I know others have said). Even in office BBLs which include injections have one of the highest death rates of an cosmetic surgeries so it's really dangerous to let someone do this to you.
I love that you both are just yourselves! I didnt subscribe to you for the looks but the awesome content!
The way Ken says cement...
This commentary is monumental, pure comedy!!!!
I think a lot of people on my strange addiction aren't really addicted to what they do but are rather addicted to the attention they get from what they do. Also if someone is taking this stuff to the extreme like she is, she could have body dismorphia where you always see your body as being worse off than it is.
Self acceptance is very important for your confidence.
Lmao when you said two liter my American brain was like, "that's like a party size pepsi!"
Just here to show some love for Ken and Buff’s dad bods ❤ you’re both perfect the way you are
Buff was on point today lmao! Great commentary
Props to the cameraman for holding the camera with one hand
Thanks for my yearly happy birthday ken!
It's not about confidence. It's about attention.
Silica is a common mineral responsible for sand, glass, silicone. So I could see where the cement could enter the picture regarding silicone injections lol
10:37 Dr. Youn! He has his own UA-cam channel!
My nickname is Butter Otter. I live in Alaska, I am unable to work since 2019. That leaves me with a ton of time on my hands.
I discovered you and Buff a few months ago. I'm addicted to your show. You guys make me belly laugh.
You both have my sense of humor.
Thank you both. I'm going back 5 years to get my fix. ~laughter~
DOCTOR YOUN?
