    - H Puzzle's beef sirloin stir-fried bok choy. -
    (Ingredients) Beef sirloin (100g: 35,640 won), bok choy, seasoning (turan seasoning, oregano salt), avocado olive oil, sampyo marinated soy sauce
    1) Prepare meat and vegetables (bok choy, tomatoes).
    2) Season it. (Tran seasoning, oregano salt)
    3) Apply avocado olive oil on top of the seasoning.
    4) Apply olive oil on the back of the meat, too. (+Age it for about an hour, then wash bok choy too)
    5) Grill the aged meat in a heated pan.
    6) Put bokchoy on top of the meat.
    7) Please add the sauce for Sampyo's jangjorim.
    8) Add tomatoes. (Recommend red tomatoes)
    9) Stir-fry it.
    - H Puzzle's Walnut Stir-fried Anchovy. -
    (Ingredients) Small anchovies: walnut (2:1) // Sea anchovy 300g: KRW 9,500, walnut 1kg: KRW 12,730, cooking oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, honey
    1) Stir-fry the walnuts and anchovies separately. (At this time, put the anchovies in without any residue)
    2) After pouring cooking oil, add 1t of soy sauce, 1t of minced garlic, 1t of sugar, and 1t of cooking wine.
    3) After boiling it, add stir-fried walnuts and anchovies and mix them well.
    4) At the end, add honey to the top.
    -Baek Jongwon's seasoned radish salad. -

    (Materials)
    700g of radish, 1t of minced garlic, 1/2t of green onion, ginger, 2t of red pepper powder, 1.5t of sugar, 6t of fish sauce, 4t of vinegar, 1t of sesame salt
    1) Cut the radish into pieces.
    2) Prepare the ingredients. (Prepare green onions, minced garlic, and ginger)
    3) Put the shredded radish in a bowl, add 1t of minced garlic, minced ginger, green onion, red pepper powder, sugar, fish sauce, vinegar, and sesame salt, and mix with your hands.
    4) If it's bland, season it with vinegar and sugar.
