Felling sad to know that you didn't watch Sachin's live cricket than you don't know the golden era of cricket. Nowadays most of the pitches are batting friendly. And after 2008 India started to play flat pitches a lot to win WC. And same formula was followed by other host WC nations in next 2 WC. Kohli became chase master playing too much batting friendly pitches. Watch some Kan Williamson innings in YT. He is the most mature batsman in all formats right now. Although there aren't that much quality bowlers nowadays compare to Sachine generation.
