In the UK (where I'm from) I have a pair of wired in ear bud type Tecknika headphones They genuinely sound as good as far more expensive headphones. There is rich bass and clear mid and highs They cost £3 (or about €3 88 cents at today's conversion) I bought them 3 years ago so the conversion rate will have been different. For such a cheap set of earphones though I'm seriously impressed with them.
Best pair of headphones I ever had cost me $3 and we're Sony in ear headphones that had around ear pieces to keep them on. They were incredible sounding and super comfortable!
