Maybe you could use the blotting sheets in your advent calendar project. Also for the foot powders maybe you could use it as a carpet deodorizer. I have pets and our carpets can get smelly. I’ve bought the arm and hammer one where you sprinkle it on and let it sit for a while and then vacuum it up. That might be a good way to use it up if you have carpet or rugs.
If you put hand cream and cotton gloves on your hands and sleep in them, it will help you a lot in winter. My hands would fall apart if I didn´t do that during winter.
Love your inventory! I suggest to put your hand lotion with the pump in your kitchen, for convinience not so much as panning. I find I need hand lotion after doing the dishes the most. Great progress overall ❤
yes, have to have kitchen sink, bathroom(s) sink, night side table, car and purse, slows down an empty in the sense im not using just one. but i really think in reality it increases usage because im never not using it. no excuse, its right there.
You can use your masks if you decide to wash your face not before you go to sleep but before you cook dinner, wash dishes, ..... and put mask on. So you will do those things with mask on your face. That can become your new everyday routine and masks will fly away from your inventory. Plus you will have best skin of your life 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
i would always tell people (was a shoppers cosmetic girlie) do watch tv? everyone of course says yes. i would say great, than you have time for a mask. one 30 minute show. put it on the first set of commercials, take it off the next. done. night time mask habit established.
Cotton gloves for Paula ❄❄❄ And your hand crem inventory will go down a lot if you do that, you need to use a lot of product, not that just thin layer.
I have checked your 2019 inventory and snow toning cream and nadinola cream were there. I think they should go first, you know, that Cetaphil is huge and will take long time. You can use snow and nadinola faster, got points to your bank and have more space at home. Cetaphil can wait a little longer 😄😄😄
I found that although makeup creates numbers in my inventory, skincare creates the bulk and I am recently more excited to see it go. Overall your numbers are slowly going down. 👏👏👏 Being able to fit all the body lotions into one basket is my goal too 😁 The ultimate goal is to be able to fit everything into my vanity table.
Love Inventory Time!!! I know this is weird, but I enjoy putting your Inventory Playlists on as background noise while cleaning. You have a calming voice. Could you use the foot powders in the kids and hubby’s shoes or as a rug deodorizer? Love the idea someone else wrote about putting hand lotion in the kitchen to use after washing dishes. You’ll use one extra a year by doing that! TFS…Lorie
My recommendation for boda loción its to apply on arms and les every day and that way the ones that are half way full will be gone no time, as well, sundays can be spa day for many pedí and mask, thats what I do
If you use rubber gloves when washing dishes I highly recommend using the body powders to dust inside the gloves. It keeps them fresh and so much easier to get the gloves on and off. It's how I've managed to get through copious amounts of baby powder that was gifted when I was pregnant 😅
That avon powder says that you can use it on your foot, so you can use it up that way, under your socks. I would love to see those ugly packagings go 😁😁😁
You could use those nighttime oils layered underneath your moisturizer. Especially during the winter months. It’s also great for cuticles, elbows , knees and feet😊❤️💄
Hi, Paula! I wanted to give you a heads up that you should probably prioritize using that Sunday Riley CEO moisturizer. I really enjoy it, but it expires quickly, in my experience, even just sitting on the shelf.
Yay so excited for inventory! Thank you for the basket of lotions update, I also keep my lotions in a basket and am right there with you hoping they’ll all fit despite some really crazy shaped bottles 😆 I also love the idea of adding some of the chemical peel packets into your advent calendar. Maybe you could do this with the under eye patches as well to help use them up since they’re easy to forget about?
The body washes days are over... 4 to 2 including a new one, that's three last year. You'll own -1 next year 😂. It's difficult when you eliminate a category, and then a gift comes in. I struggle with this as my friend gifts me similar too.
omg i thought this was just me. lol. finally. FINALLY just finished body sprays last year. was sooo excited to get started on my way too many perfumes for this year. and my sister lovingly got me a bath and body set for christmas. lol. i am almost a 50 yr old woman and i should be happy my sister actually still thinks of me lol and im pretty sure i did not hide my face appropriately. lol who tf is disappointed in a thoughtful gift? lol i felt so guilty. lol. they just know i love this stuff but they absolutely do NOT get panning. haha think i am crazy.
WOW, I recognize some of those really old Avon and BBW products. I had many of them back in the day. Yup, I'm with you, I jump at the chance to review skincare. As your babies get older, you will be glad to have some of that face wash. 😂 If you still get breakouts but generally don't reach for "spot treatments", just put a few drops in with your night time moisturizer. I do this every night and haven't had a breakout since I started doing that months ago.
Watching late so I have to catch up on inventory time! It was funny how the mystery products for review turned out to be face masks, which you aren’t a fan of! Too cute how Ron still enjoys a foot soak! I remember when you first said how he liked it. You can get those mattifier sheets done! But love your toilet paper quote about mattifiers, if you could spare a square! 😂
Thanks Paula❤. I always wait your inventory so much ❤. Good to see what happends every year. But so sad to see these palettes, so many and so pretty and no time to use them all. I have too many palettes too. Now I'm having no buy year...hope that I could do some damages with my palettes❤
that was fun! your nails look great! love the baby pink and sparkle topper combo. i was surprised to see the elizabeth arden 8 hr skin protectant with your hand creams. it can be a hand cream for sure, a little greasy for during the day. i use it like a lotion sometimes, but like polysporin other times. its so versatile. i ask because i would be curious if you would move it out of your inventory and more into your medical items? 1 way to be 1 down. cuticles, cuts, burns, scrapes, windburn, chapped lips or as a regular lip balm, elbows and i love it on my chronic cracked heels. i love the herbally smell to it. and people will use it as a night cream slathered on ( i personally dont love this). i always remember a magazine article about angelina jolie and not leaving home (travel) without it.
Love this time of year!!! (Although I'm not emotionally prepared to do my own inventory!) Whoooo almost done with body wash🎉🎉🎉 Only body scrub unlike is the glycolic one by first aid beauty, it isn't foaming or soapy but I do feel a lot cleaner afterward. Then I go over the top with a body soap. (BTW you HAVE to try Korean Italy cloths with bar soap!) For me TK Maxx (UK) I'm pulled into the kitchen ware and the books! Whoop! Glad to see that the lotions all fit in the basket now! Maybe you can call it Serums/Actives or move those two into peels? With your night time moisturisers, the Atopalm one, the Murad one. Those are smaller so maybe you could try and work on smaller ones once you're finished with the cetaphil one? Really enjoyed the video! Thanks for all the time you've spent on it!
I just finished that little yellow lotion sample and tossed it, what a coincidence to see that here! It will go quick, even if you scrap it like I did, so that could be an easy win especially if you use it not just for hands. It’s light enough to work in spring as well
lol...have you "met" paula? i dont think her bones will allow her to do this lol, even though the bulk of us are probably yelling the same thing at the video.hahahah xo
she CAN! but the fact that she wont and will power through it is one of the things i love about her :) xo . i was super surprised/in awe that she has some out to her mom on loaner to try and maybe keep if they work for her. i get it. its like they cant go unless they have a good home.
I love the lactic acid from the ordinary, I use it every day in the evening ( cause it can affect the makeup). definitely an exfoliator (chemical one) love seeing your inventory
Hi Paula I am amazed at the small amount of face and body moisturiser you use in a year😂. I have super dry eczema prone skin that would crack and bleed without the copious amount of lotions and potions I apply regularly. I can go through 50ml of face cream in a month no problem used face, neck and chest. Same with a 50ml spf it’s two months max (I don’t think you’re using the amount needed to get the spf on the bottle I’m afraid😢). A little dab just isn’t enough unfortunately. I get through 200mls of body moisturiser in two weeks used chest to toe-I really fly through moisturiser as I am dry dry dry. A 50ml moisturiser lasts most people three months, so some of them are probably too heavy if they’re lasting six months. It’s nice getting stuff for free if it works for your skin, but it can cause breakouts if it’s too rich for you. Gel creams and lotion textures are much lighter weight and won’t feel heavy on the skin. Interesting to see the inventory however. I’m a skincare nerd (previously a Registered Nurse interested in wound healing and a lifelong eczema sufferer who has had to use skincare since childhood). I’m fairly sure the KS wrinkle warrior has some retinol in it, so be careful not to double up with the Murad etc. best wishes x
From reading reviews, I learned that the Body Shop body butter isn't the same since it was reformulated. Before I used up my coconut one, I compared the ingredients to the new ingredient list of the "same" product. They are not even similar. 😒 If I buy more body butter, it will be Deep Steep. Their body lotions and hand creams are okay, but the body butters are excellent.
Yes I agree, Natura have reformulated everything and put prices up too. I'm not longer a customer. They reformulated all of their fragrances. There's no feeling of nostalgia there for me any longer. I've moved on.
@@abeautygurumademedoit I sent you a link on IG. They have sales now and then. I didn't buy anything from them on Black Friday because I have too much stuff to use up, but if I ever get through my stuff, I will get more of the body butter...assuming they don't change their product too. That would be a huge bummer.
The wait is over 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Maybe you can use the foot powders in your kid’s shoes. Esp in the shoes they wear when they play sports.
Maybe you could use the blotting sheets in your advent calendar project. Also for the foot powders maybe you could use it as a carpet deodorizer. I have pets and our carpets can get smelly. For all the powders - the way I used up mine was when going on long walks, I used a bit of powder in my socks which stops blisters and rubbing.
If you put hand cream and cotton gloves on your hands and sleep in them, it will help you a lot in winter. My hands would fall apart if I didn´t do that during winter.
