It’s so funny hearing you talk about being a kid back in the day. We lived on a 365 acre ranch that was owned my one of the Dr’s that my mom worked for until they found a house to buy. I loved riding my horse and exploring but do get some really explore, we had to wait until the dead of winter b/c of rattle snakes. Me and a friend decided to go into the woods after a big snow storm, which was very rare in Tx. It was 1976, I remember because it was the year we moved and it was the worst in history to that date. We went way deeper into the woods than we thought, and because I didn’t know the dangers, we crossed a fence. We started out at very early before daylight but we got turned around and couldn’t find our way home. We roamed around u til it was almost dusk and finally came to the highway. We didn’t get home til way after dark. We finally get home and all we got was “Where we’re you”. No one was even worried we’d been gone almost 12 hrs.
I planted trees for a windbreak along my backyard. Apparently my neighbors like to park there when they have family gatherings so she mowed over my expensive trees. You know I decided I really didn't want to mow around trees & there's plenty of huge trees across the road that block the wind. She has her help mow both my front & back ditches & it works for everyone. I could either make it difficult for both of us, or be a good understanding neighbor...moral of my story, dude don't be a witch

Where I used to live in Kentucky they have a place called Flealand it's a really big long building that's got different sections and there's this one guy that always sells a whole bunch of these different Swiss army knives and there's big knives and little knives and purdy knives I've never bought one from him before but I always like to go looking at them whenever I go back to Kentucky for a visit. This flea land is only open on Saturdays and Sundays there's also people that sell stuff that's outside of the building they've got like this I don't know this big kind of roofing thing I want to say it's like different pagodas put together and people have different tables and sells stuff and things and things and stuffs 🙂

the second part of your comment was correct. The big issue was people that were at this community yard sale were parking on his lawn. whether he rents or owns. But i feel he was Chemically Enhanced that day. His hands were clinching. And he was agitated. But i can also understand the guy. But he got angry really for no reason. Maybe he should have called police first. then there is no moving anything without the police in Attendance. I think it squashed itself. no laws broken , iguess . nothing happened. guy went inside. people moved.

As long as they don't dump trash or peel out and rip up my grass I don't care if they park along the side of the road in my yard. It's the buttholes that pull in my driveway and then empty the ashtrays or dump crappy diapers in my driveway they can just bugger right off.. See I live kinda rural and at the end of my driveway is a street light. So when ever someone needs to turn around it tends to be my drive lol. There is a 4 way stop right down the road with a bar we used to be a village but lost our post office lol. So people often turn around in my drive

He has license to remove anyone or anything who's/that's on his property for any reason. It's his yard. I would also suggest being careful about making claims that seem to be untrue to officers in official investigation/business. Not sure if he said that he was going to light the car on fire, and I don't believe the video caught it, so don't know if that's heresay/assumption because he had a gas can in his hand or a direct quote, but be careful about that, even as a joke. The cops aren't there to make small talk with other people, they are mapping out exactly what occurred.
Actually, I believe the area they were parked in is a right of way. The right of way runs like 12.5 feet on either side of the road. There's a reason the fence sets where it does. So, he may mow the grass but, technically, that's public area. I've owned 2 homes on corner lots. Both had to have fences set so many feet from the road. I had to mow the grass to the road and keep the sidewalk clean. But, yeah, it really wasn't my property. lol
Public easement, look into it. The car was parked there temporarily. Totally legal. Threatening arson is not. Dude should have been arrested for communicating threats. Dude needs professional therapy, and does anyone who thinks his behavior is rational and justified...
