Also to the person asking about getting through a difficult breakup… what helps the heartache is writing down all the reasons you are absolutely positive that person isn’t meant for you in that way. It doesn’t have to be negative or positive but they are answers to what your body, mind and soul are making you feel regardless and that is valid enough for you to walk away for yourself and nobody else.
Even if the answers seem like you’re reaching or minuscule… they’re still enough.
Also how that person makes you feel is a huge indication or how you just feel like you need to be alone and don’t have the answers… it’s all correct for you in your life
